This is an excellent product. Well built, good looking, easy to unbox and get up and running. The documentation is outstanding. Easy to read and comprehend and it contains all the technical specifications and itemized parts list. Its a very quite running unit.

This is the third Westinghouse generator we have purchased for our buildings here at our retreat center. .It starts when needed and has ample power for emergency running of our house. Covers the power for water pump, air conditioner, circuits and furnace (in winter) and also has been used for various building projects.

I bought this unit because we are prone to Hurricanes here in the Rio Grande Valley. But when the hard freeze hit South Texas we were without power for 4 days. The unit was a life saver. It kept our lights, portable stove and heater working. We were even able to share it with our neighbors. It made a world of difference to all of us. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. Although we have not lost power yet, we have tested it, as if, we did lose power. Works excellent. Started right up with the electric start and with the remote starter. The remote starter is a nice touch to make the process that much easier.

I bought this generator for use when i have power outages. I have only had it a few weeks but can already tell this is a heavy duty, great running generator. I fired it up and ran it the amount of break in time required. I then did a test run on the house. It performed Great. To anyone out there wanting to power their house this is a Great generator. I feel like i am totally prepared to handle any power outages.

Brought this in preparation for the hurricane season. Tested the unit, it runs great put a little load on to make sure it works. Worked just fine. Waiting for parts to connect to main power panel. I like it because it will handle all the 120volt circuits plus my 220volt air conditioner.

Picked up unit yesterday and put it together last night. Started right up and runs great. Put a circular saw on it for a small load test and unit barely even grunted. Runs a little bit loud. I thought it had the idle control feature but apparently it does not. A minor issue, but it would be nice if it had it. Overall very pleased so far! Unit looks very well made and runs like a champ.

Received the generator yesterday. Unboxed and found all of the parts and pieces were there. Clear instructions made the wheel and post installation easy. Oil and a small, custom funnel made filling clean and fast. The unit started on the first try. Tried starting with both button and remote. No problems. Have not yet tried the pull start. Wiring into the house still to come.
