received the wgen 9500 from shipper. Box was in good shape. Unit was in good shape. Followed assembly and startup instructions and unit started on first crank from keyless fob. have run it 5 hours and changed the oil. i upgraded from a 7200 watt generator to this 9500 running watt gen for this hurricane season.

I bought this generator for myself and others in my extended family for emergencies. It is better to have and not need than to need and not have! This unit is powerful enough to power all my needs and portable enough to use elsewhere if a family member is in need.

I bought this generator to help power my entire home whenever we lose power. It has enough power to run the entire house (minus the heat pumps). This generator looks fantastic right out of the box and you can tell it was constructed with care and quality checked at multiple points. After following the instructions to get it oiled and fueled up, it remote started on the first try without issue. I have run it for a few hours powering different equipment without issue. It stops and starts effortlessly. I have extremely satisfied with my purchase and know that I will be ready for the next power outage!

I bought the WGen 9500c generator. Shipping was fast and convenient. Assembly was easy and the directions were clear and had good pictures. It's a really solid unit with great features for the price. Runs great and is quieter than I expected for a unit of this size Very happy !

I bought this the fall of 2020 and have used it multiple times to power my house's necessary power over the winter. It work perfectly every time, I am VERY happy with this generator. I have had a number of generators over the years and this is by far the best one.

This generator checked all the boxes - Dual fuel (I use propane as it is safer to store and less expensive than gas) Electric Start, Trickle Charger for battery, CO Sensor, Remote Start, and Powers My Whole House. Connecting directly to electric meter in power outages, just push the button on the remote and it starts up and and everything is good to go...

The WGen9500 is awesome! It is easy to use. I love the electric start. It gives our family peace of mind that we have it as backup power for our home when the storms and power outages occur. I investigated a lot of backup power generators and picked this one as my number one choice.

I lost power a month ago when a tree in front of my house took down the line to it. I had to borrow my neighbors generator. I consider myself to be fairly strong, but I couldn’t start it on my own. I was afraid of running out of gas in the middle of the night. So I’d have to stop it late at night and ask someone to start it in the morning. I knew that I wanted one, but it needed to be a push start. I found this model online after doing some research. I’m so glad that I bought it. There’s not going to be anymore worrying about loss of power. It’s push button and 9500 watts of running power. Great price too. Love it!

Instructions were excellent, although rather than attaching battery wires as described (which was already done), required to locate and connect a wire connection found by tracing wires. Once done, started immediately on first attempt. Will be having an electrician connect to my house panel.

I purchased the generator about 4 months ago after outages in our area. While I have not had to use the generator, I found it easy to set up and prepared for use. The generator started up immediately and responded to the remote starter right away. I am pleased with our decision to choose Wesrtinghouse!
