Just got my generator, assembly of wheels and feet was easy, came with a spark plug wrench, a 11W battery charger, a quart of oil and a funnel, after connecting the battery adding oil and gas with the push of the button it started right up. It runs great. I have not got to use it to power my home yet but that is next on my list.

Great product, great instructions on putting together with supplied tool kit. Easy and only took 10 minutes. Put the supplied oil in and gas in the tank. used the remote start and it fired right up. We are now ready for the power outages from the storms.

We bought this generator over a month ago and I'm so happy I did! I love the features on it such as the push button start fob and everything it came with initially like the battery charger, oil funnel, and oil. The push button fob will come in handy when it's storming. For the price, it can't be beat for this size and features. We haven't had a chance to use it yet but it looks well made and we know it will greatly be appreciated when needed. I have friends who have the same model and they love it! Very happy with this purchase and I know I will have all the support I would ever need with the customer service representatives from this company.

I bought this generator after reading up on generators. I picked it up the other day and so far so good. Everything looks like good quality parts. I don’t really want to use it but when it is time to hopefully it will be dependable as previous reviewers mentioned.

Bought this earlier in August as preparation for possible hurricane outages as I live in suburban Houston area. Installed interlock on main panel and 50 amp generator inlet box as well as purchasing 50 amp rated cable for generator to inlet box. Tested last weekend to see what could be powered simultaneously. I found that I could power my 5 ton AC (be aware mine is true variable speed and doesn't have high inrush current) as well as 2 fridges, 1 deep freeze and adequate lighting for 4000 Sq ft home. The generator I solid in construction and has functioned flawlessly so far, having tested it at up to 40 amps to verify 9500 watt running watts.

We purchased this generator several months ago after experiencing numerous power outages in our neighborhood. After researching several options, we chose this one for the capacity and features. Love the remote start feature! It came in an open frame with wheels which makes it very easy to maneuver and it is easy to operate.

So glad I bought this generator. It powers my whole house and I have had no issues using it. Very easy to use. Would recommend this generator to anyone looking for a reliable backup when their electricity goes out. I would buy this handy generator again.

This is a great generator. We are ready for any additional power outages. Didn't want to go thru that again. The remote start is a great feature. The fact that you can move it easily is awesome. I would highly recommend this baby to power your house when the unexpected happens.

I bought the 9500/12000 last year around July/August through a relative. I am not based in the U.S. Started good and then all of a sudden couldn’t start. I called a repair man who opened the engine to find out that the cam was rubbing against the engine case which broke some parts of the cam with spring and something else. After it was replaced, the generator ran well, but then it stopped turning off with the remote. The generator came with factory issues. Other than these issues, I think the generator is good. But why an aluminum coil for such generator?

Bought this generator to run the whole house during power outages. Installed a 50 amp receptacle and an interlock switch. Tested the generator and it barely seemed to have a load during both my 3 ton heat pumps were running. Very pleased with this purchase.
