This Generator has so many Great Features. I love the remote start! This makes it so easy for my Wife to start it. Once I put the oil & Gas in it started the first time in seconds. It will run one of my Air Conditioners. I also love the fact that it has a handle to pull it around with the nice big wheels. I am very pleased with my investment!

I have been wanting to bug a Generator for years. I wish I had done this sooner. I am very pleased with the Westinghouse wgen9500. Also shipping was so fast- I expected 2-3 weeks abs 4 days later I got a call that it was ready to deliver. Should’ve done this years ago!

I purchased this unit for a dual role. Primarily for my 41ft 5th wheel camper. Secondarily for when the power goes out at home. This unit is powerful and can run everything in my house, except for the central air (I have a window unit for emergencies!). This unit is very nice and runs great.

Product arrived and was packaged well for transport. Like supporting doucumentation that came with product. 50 amp power plug is in a bad spot. Difficult to connect power cord. Power cord rubs on tire. Had to take tire off in order to connect. looking forward to using product .

Excellently received in box on a crate, opened and all parts present. Followed simple instructions for assembly and first time run operation. Everything worked as it should and is now stored nicely in my garage awaiting its first real call to action.

I bought this generator several months ago, sometime in May 2021, and was not able to setup and test it right away due to several reasons such as storage, timing, and others. However, I finally was able to setup and tested it this Christmas week as an advance gift for myself. The setup was simple and the test was excellent with the load. I was also able to setup the remote control and it worked great.

This generator checked all the boxes - Dual fuel (I use propane as it is safer to store and less expensive than gas) Electric Start, Trickle Charger for battery, CO Sensor, Remote Start, and Powers My Whole House. Connecting directly to electric meter in power outages, just push the button on the remote and it starts up and and everything is good to go...

Waiting for the big one in Los Angeles so haven't had a chance to use it yet. However it arrived on time, was well packaged and very intuitive to use. I did add oil and a few gallons of gas, pushed the start button and it fired right up almost instantly.

We have been kicking around the idea of buying a generator for fifteen years or so, and we always seem to wait until a power outage, when they are already sold out, to pull the trigger. This time, we finally took the step and based on reviews by other buyers, plus the size and output, we chose this one. We had it delivered to the house, and once I opened the box, I was able to set it up and start it in about 20 minutes, which included reading directions. We have not used it in an emergency yet, nor have we had it on a trickle charger for any length of time to see how that works out, but the key fob starter worked like a champ, as did the start button on the control panel.

After checking other products we chose the WGen9500 for the features and power that we would need during power outages to replace our ageing unit. The easy starting,digital display and run time was the deciding factor on this purchase. Everything you need was in the box,oil,funnel,wheel kit and battery charger!
