Just purchased this generator a few days ago after several people we know recommended it. So far, so good with our practice run. The directions were clear and easy to follow.

It is a powerful unit but stopped running after two uses added a new spark plug, drained fuel tank and added fresh fuel, calling manufacturer for help

I love the remote start. I put the generator away from the house so I don’t have to worry about emissions and don’t have to do out in the storm to start it. It’s a perfect, win-win!

Purchased 4 months ago. It has not seen extensive use, but it always starts and runs OK. It handles the household load OK -- including A/C -- if I insure that AC and water heater are not on at the same time.

We have multiple houses and portable generators at all of them, we went with this model as it had better features and electric start which we are happy with.

We chose this generator because of name and reviews. Things went well for 5 days. Now can't get it to start. No fuel getting passed through system Drained everything, checked spark plug. It still wo t start.

We bought our generator 3 weeks ago as my elderly father is now on oxygen 24/7, meaning we cannot go without power. This machine was so easy to assemble and the features are everything I need to handle it by myself.

Just recently purchased and received this generator. It was easy to unpack and get the feet and wheels installed. I added the appropriate amount of oil and filled with gas. The generator started on the first try with no issues.

Easy to build and run out-of-the-box, remote start is very convenient, battery had a charge and started right up. Build quality seems good and we shall see how it holds up over time.
