Bad product
Only had this refrigerator a little over a year and is already broken. Having issues with the ice maker and water dispenser. Freezer is melting items and fridge side is freezing the bottom items. Paid for a 3 yr. Coverage at Best Buy and only get the back and forth between Best Buy and Samsung for coverage. Samsung wants to charge upfront for service before they can cover anything under warranty.

Poor icemaker performance
Although this refrigerator looks nice, the freezer section will frost up and block the vents, impairing the air flow and causing the freezer to warm above the desired setpoint. Additionally, the ice makers are disappointing. The ice bite side has never worked properly, with zero output. The output of the regular size side is way below expectations. We had to buy a countertop icemaker to make enough ice for our family (5 adults). This is not an inexpensive appliance, either. Is it too much to ask that your products live up to the advertising claims?

Great fridge, specially for persons in wheelchair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great refrigerator specially for disable persons in wheelchair, every thing is at arm reach without having to standup. specially the beverage center, and ice maker. the way you can customize the shelfs to your needs. and the capacity of the drawers makes storage of food easy. the material are easy to clean.
A Giant Brick - Do not Buy!
Got this fridge 2 1/2 years ago. The fridge does not last, plain and simple, error code 23C and a bunch of cascading errors after this. We had a repairman come in to replace the condenser and a couple more parts. Great its working again, but only for about 3 weeks until it fails again. The reservoir that cools the water before dispensing it cracked because of ice build up we were unaware of. Now we are getting 23c error code again. How is your product so fragile? The cost of parts to replace are almost as much as a new fridge. How is this possible when your parts are so cheap? Cannot recommend ever buying Samsung again because of this.

Self Filling Pitcher is AMAZING!
We really have enjoyed this fridge! The beverage center self filling pitcher is amazing, Initially we thought it was kind of a gimmick, but then it quickly became our favorite part of the fridge. The ice maker is a little slow, it took it almost two days to fill, but it has kept up ever since. We have owned it for six months and really enjoyed it. I wish it came in black glass as well, the stainless shows fingerprints instantly, and our kitchen isn't white, so the glass option doesn't work for us.
CAN'T GET REPLACEMENT PARTS
It's a nice fridge. However, we've only had it a couple of years and the drawers are breaking and Samsung does not make it easy to get replacement parts. I have searched and searched, but I am having trouble finding what I need. We've been forced to glue things together, but I doubt it will hold. IF, Samsung made it easier to replace broken parts this would be the perfect fridge. Aside from the ice clumping in the back of the tray we've hade no issues. The only thing I would change is replacement parts. Had I known that I would have bought from a different manufacturer.

Save your time and money
Well Samsung really dropped the ball on this one!! Not even a year in and the top rated ice maker dumped pieces of plastic and foam in my ice tray!! To top it off the service center won't repair my fridge, since the pieces are "aesthetic"!! They looked great floating around!! What a joke... don't believe the hype!! Best ice maker on the market my FOOT!! Do better samsung.

Ice Tray is Terrible!!!!
We bought this fridge over a year ago and the ONLY thing we hate about it is the ice tray! Once filled with ice, the tray falls down off the track. This is a huge design flaw with apparently no fix. I have read other reviews with the same complaint. When I contacted Samsung, I was told to purchase a new tray (on my own dime). I do not see how this will fix the problem, replacing the tray that falls off with the same exact tray. It is clearly not an issue with MY tray, since others are having the same issue. PLEASE provide a solution that will work!!! Other than this issue (which is huge) we like the rest of the fridge!
