I am loving the dual ice makers as well as the beverage center. It actually fit my tall water bottle! I didn’t consider it a big draw for my purchase but after having it for a while, I really like having it.

My kids are drinking more water. Major plus! - Filtered water not as good as that from Zero Water pitcher, though better than tap - it's drinkable, but noticeably not as 'clean' tasting as the pitcher water - Exact mechanism on 'automatic' door handles unclear - do they activate off of body heat? shadows / light? general proximity of any object? sometimes it takes several tries to get them to react - LOVE the staggered shelves in the main 'cabinet' - brilliant design feature for accommodating things like tall pitchers (of which we use several), which has always been a problem in previous fridges - two different-sized ice cubes is a great feature, too - easy to clean surfaces, inside and out - for some indefinable reason, this fridge is not as imposing as one might expect for one of its size - which is a good thing, for sure. Not thrilled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally my Samsung Bespoke Smart Side-by-Side Refrigerator has arrived! After waiting so patiently, I can finally get rid of my old refrigerator. I can say this refrigerator is beautiful and with this sleek design just blows it out the water. I like the fact that I am able to store so much stuff in the spacious 28 cu. ft. With the Samsung’s SpaceMax™ Technology and I was able to make most out of my kitchen space. The Refrigerator comes with Dual Ice Maker which is a plus in my eyes. I mean you get the option of cubed sized ice and bite sized which in my opinion helps with trying fit ice in small bottles. The Beverage Center is perfect in storing all my drinks chilled and available at the opening of the door. Check this! This Smart refrigerator Auto Open Door Sensor can open the door for about an inch by just placing my hand in the handle. This feature comes in handy when I am over loaded with stuff to store in the refrigerator at once. I can just have a few fingers on the sensor and open the rest of the door easily. After buying this Samsung refrigerator I can say it will be loved for a long time to come.

So clean and stylish The Beverage center? Oh boy its so convenient for my kids to drink a good clean glass of water straight form the fridge! But yu know if its a Samsung you know you have quality and a complete sense of ease. I love the two different sizes of ice cubes myself! They are perfect for any size glas and look so cool! If you are in the search for a new fridge you cant go wrong with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for about two weeks now. The internal icemaker is terrific although I don't think it matters to me that much whether I have one or two sizes of ice. But the “beverage center“ is a terrific idea the pitcher Is it its best feature. It automatically fills up and can be taken to the table. However, a brand new refrigerator has a defective water dispenser next to the water pitcher. So we have had to order a new part and have yet another service person show up. Not very impressive. But other than that, the refrigerator is fantastic. It is incredibly roomy on the inside yet it takes up slightly less space in my prior refrigerator (also a Samsung, but with an ice dispenser Through the door). The ice dispenser froze and couldn't be fixed. If you do your research, you will see that through the door ice machines are consistently a problem. Go for a machine with an internal ice dispenser. The controls are fairly easy to use. And the tap to open feature is nice, that it is fairly easy to accidentally open the freezer door when going to the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice drawer comes off the tracks every time we get ice. It's literally done this from day one. It would get 5 stars if not for this issue and I believe the issue is bad enough that “Bespoke” doesn't apply.

We purchased this refrigerator in August 2023. I was very excited to have small ice and large ice inside the refrigerator not on the door as well as having the water inside the refrigerator not on the door. However, about six months ago we started having issues with The small ice dumping water into the container so in order to you use the small ice. I have to break it up 2 to 3 times a day. The other problem with the icemaker tray is that it doesn’t fit in there properly. It’s too small and comes off of the track often. I also have issues with the water, pitcher not filling and having to pull it out and put it back in and move it around to get it to fill. So while I would love to give this five stars, I absolutely cannot and if I had to do it over again, I would not purchase this refrigerator.
