We cooked this on the black stone with some Dizzy Pig Raging River seasoning and a little Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño Rub and OMG amazing….#you wouldn’t like it 👍

Great salmon for poke or sashimi just disappointed that it’s gone up so much in price especially after they removed the “sashimi grade” off the labels
