Very good flavor. Value great. Was slightly different cooking without skin but still moist. Packaging was a little difficult to open.

Not competitive price. Quality good sometimes, but other times it tastes chewy - as if you are selling frozen supplies thawed (i.e. not fresh)

Very fresh, melts in your mouth, flaky goodness. Very happy to find a somewhat affordable source of salmon in my diet.
