I am a caterer and have bought many slabs of salmon from Sam's Club. However, I have bought salmon from Sam's that was spoiled and I had to return it. It was purchased the night before. Made me late for my catering delivery!

I buy this item a least 2-3 times per week but lately is been coming with very bad. Frozen and breakable. When I try to cut, grilled or stuffed the salmon breaks all apart.

It's a good price per pound and I've shopped around. I also prefer the skinless which I don't find other places. It's great for cutting, wrapping and freezing for two! Quick and easy meal from freezer to convection oven to table.

I know is difficult time for every single person in USA and every vary thinking about the economic impact . But how thinking about the other person that difícil time with job , funeral Expenses y more than you can imagine.

It has been very good but wish it were wild-caught. I have not shopped other farm-raised salmon but I feel Sam's is very good for the price. I hope they don't discontinue it!

I cold smoke it for appetizers and it works very well because all the skin is removed. It is also very fresh which really counts when the only recipe you use is salmon and smoke.

We always treat ourselves to a salmon fillet. The MM was moist and seemed very fresh. I don't think it is that much cheaper than store bought but do like that it is skinless.

I always cook it the day I purchase and have never had any problems! This salmon is usually a $$ saver compared to the pricing at smaller grocery stores :)

I got really excited about it because I LOVE salmon! I look at my husband and I go, "Oh my God, should I get it? I should get it. You se that price?! Get me the salmon!"

The Ad said sashimi quality - That it certainly is - . We had 3 sashimi/sushi meals and felt it was every bit restaurant quality. Probably the best salmon we've ever bought - anywhere. Will buy again if in stock.
