This is our family‘s favorite meal. My husband cooks it on his griddle grill which is kind of like a hibachi grill. We’ve had friends over for this meal and now it's their favorite too. The salmon is perfect for this. We slice up zucchini mushrooms and onions tossed with fresh grated ginger and minced garlic. He cooks that on the grill. Then he throws the salmon on and seers the outside. We have it All over a small bed of jasmine rice. It’s absolutely delicious. We try to get this every week or every other week. Definitely recommend!

The quality of the salmon has been excellent (one time the quality was quite poor, but it had skin on. I don't think that should have made the difference in the quality?). The price difference between skin on and off is $2, and I always hesitate because of the one experience with the skin on, but I know I could skin it myself. My filet knife is sharp, but I have never removed the skin from a fish that size, so I usually cave with those excuses and get the salmon without the skin on. If I had more freezer room, I would definitely buy more salmon from Sam's.

The Member’s Mark Farm Raised Atlantic Salmon Fillet is fresh, affordable and stores well. We eat Salmon at least once and maybe twice a week. There are so many recipes that call for Salmon and purchasing in a large quantity makes it easy for us to slice and store the salmon based on our variety of uses. It is the best purchase we can make for a family of 2.

i've read the bd reviews and i must say i have never had a bad salmon with bad smell; I've bought it several times and every time it's been delicious. I use a little bit of avocado oil in a frying pan and season it with lemon pepper seasoning and it's our favorite way to eat it

I normally buy my salmon from Sams but this one I purchased had the worst smell I have ever smelled and I don’t think it was normal. I tried to wash it with vinegar but got too freaked out that it might make us sick. I think the farm this one came from was not that great.

I saved over $2 per lb. with Sam's salmon. The salmon was very fresh, and cooked up perfectly. Everybody loved how it tasted. Having he whole side of the fish allows me to cut the pieces as I want. The color was nicely pink, no pin bones and tasted better than the grocery store variety. Sadly, there wasn't any left as my family had to have seconds.

My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s his favorite!
