[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd just like to tell all of you about MY Samsung Earbud Pros 2. I love the fact that I can use mine at night to go to sleep. They are just the right size. Small super light weight and they don't hurt my ear. I only have to use one so then I can still hear if someone is calling for me at night. My Samsung earbuds are also great during the day when I'm outside working tending to my chickens and my dogs. I can turn off the world and listen to my music and not hear all the traffic driving by on my busy city road. But then If I should recieve a call it's just as easy to answer by tapping. It makes my work go by fast and keeps me happy. I can allow the outside noise in if I would like to, by just tapping. What I also love is I can throw my earbuds on my wireless charger and they charge super fast. I wish all earbuds did that. They link to my phone super easy too. I also love the size, small enough for my pockets in my pants or my purse, but open up for big sound, use one or both. They also come in other colors. Oh and you can add protection too since things sometimes happen. You download the Samsung app too, also don't forget to add to your samsung account. HEY, Samsung, please if you see this please add carry case or carry handle for free. That's all thats missing! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the buds had pros and cons. The buds themselves would lose signal from the phone not being too far. The touch sensitivity where it goes from noise canceling to regular was super great feature but was too sensitive. Even if I laid on my back it would go in and out .Sound quality great! For calls other people really couldn't hear you most of the time. Tracking them was easy. Updating them was easy. Connecting from Bluetooth was not hard at all

I'm someone who usually prefers wired due to the sound quality, but these exceeded my expectations -- mostly. The sound quality is the main thing I was worried about. There is definitely some inherent Bluetooth compression. But it is not nearly as noticeable as I thought it'd be. Good highs, solid mids, and deep lows. The features are neat as well. I don't care much for the 360 audio, just because it changes the sound of music I listen to, but the noise canceling is amazing. I was sitting in my apartment with them on listening to a video while mixing something else on my speakers. I didn't know I had the noise cancellation on, and was wondering why my song was so quiet on the speakers. I took them out and about jumped back at how much louder the speakers were when I took out the buds. The case, look and feel of these earbuds are amazing. I love how portable and easy to use they are. I take them with me almost everywhere because it's not a problem to clip them on my keychain. The con I'll mention is that the microphone is - frankly - not good. I was disappointed being subpar because I work in I.T. in a small office and needed my hands free. Every time I try to use them to take calls, the person on the other line asks me to repeat what I said, or tells me I sound "fuzzy", they can't hear me, etc. All despite the fact I'm on a Samsung S20 FE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned a pair of galaxy buds2, they were good for midrange earbuds, but immediately upon trying the pro version, the ANC, depth and quality of music (also podcasts and any media) was immediately satisfying. The earbuds fit well easily, and I like the grippy texture when putting in/taking them out. Seamless with my samsung galaxy phone I can control everything easily without too many menus and I use them at work and home often, always happy with my experience with them.

The noise cancelling options are beyond perfect and make sounds clear. They fit perfect the only downfall for these particular ear buds is battery life they do not last a full 8 hours so I have to charge them between breaks and lunch to have them last all day.

I carry them in my pocket really in case something pops up where I need them. Super comfortable after adding foam tips and great battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Buds2 Pro sound great and have great functionality. Very east to use right of the box and pair easily with multiple devices. They are sleek and the battery life is excellent. I do wish they could get a bit louder and it would have been nice if they came with additional end caps for different sized ears. Overall, great little headphones. Easy to carry, quick to charge, and phone calls even out on the streets with wind come through clear and they can hear you (I'm in Chicago so the wind can be strong).

Amazing noise canceling feature. I was on a flight and you could not hear any of the white noise from the airplane. It felt like I was transported to a quiet room. In my experience, the only way to drown out this noise is by listening to music, but by just putting them in with no sound, the plane was completely quiet. I really love these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fit of these Buds. They are so much better then the 1st gen bud pros in terms of fit. The sound quality is great and work well isolating outside noise. The battery life could be better around 5 or 6 hours of playback.
