updates ruined sound

Bought these and have worked great, sound amazing, until an update a couple days ago. They lost all bass and actually just your ears to use now.

We would love to help you regain the sound quality you were previously so fond of on a daily basis. In the Samsung Wearables App if you haven't done so already, under the settings in the equalizer section, you can adjust the sound profile to enhance the bass, as this setting may have gotten adjusted by accident during the update.
