omg just buy these they are so awesome. the battery life is good but for the sound i do not want to take them off. i might buy another set just so i can listen all the time. omg they are the best earbuds i have ever had. i love these through my phone but on my computer the microsoft sound is just not loud enough. the phone is fantastic. my husband is supper picky about his music sound and he told me to buy him these buds.

Most of the problem they have updated to Buds2 Pro, I am still using iOS but you have an access with PC when you need an update or fine tuning. Most impressive was they improved sound quality better even noise cancelling and fitting to my ears (You have to turn little when you wear the Buds 2 pro. This is how SAMSUNG design)

Being stereo synced to my Samsung device makes for a great experience as the music comes out perfect. As an older consumer, my hearing isn't what it used to be, but ambient sound on the Buds helps me overcome that immensely. While these are by no means a hearing aid, they definitely help.me by helping me hear things I might not without and bring an unexpected bridge to that gap. Because I use them so much, battery life is a concern. And these, unless there's a period where I use them constantly over a 12 hour period, has never let me down. The case charges them quickly, and when the cases power battery is exhausted wireless charging puts me back into usage of them quickly and easily with my Samsung wireless charging pad. But hands down, through the Samsung Wearables app, my favorites feature is being able to tweak the settings. Adjusting the touch settings to my needs is quick and user friendly. Best ear Buds purchase I've made for a mobile device in a long time and the product in general assures me I'll be using them for years to come.

The sound quality is great and the touch controls work great. You do have to be careful on which size plugs you choose. It comes pre-installed with the large installed. the other two size are in a small tube box in the package. Medium was my size and ordered replacement 6 pair package of medium only online. For walking they are great not so much while do any movement exercise. Sound quality is great on calls. You do have to unpair it from each device before using on another. But I only use it for my Samsung Phone, TV, and Computer.

But it does have some drawbacks. The buds are cracking easier than the older model. When I lay my head onto my arms and the buds are encased between my flesh the Bluetooth is disconnected like it has a bad connection.
