I am Really disappoint with this Buds2 Pro this will never fit to my Ears, I am Really disappointed please please chnage design to make it easy to fit on Ear

I originally bought the galaxy buds pro about 2 years ago and was very reluctant to upgrade to these, BUT, OMG, I'm so glad I did! The fit is perfect and snug in my ears and the sound quality is (chef's kiss) PERFECT!!!

I purchased 2 sets and between me and my wife our ears have broken out and developed a scab on the inner ear I have purchased every year they were released never had this problem til now
