The sound quality is out of this world! The minor adjustments found in Settings can help enhance your experience in both sound quality and also just finding your missing headphone. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the original Galaxy Buds and I wasn't disappointed. These block noise and fit will for watching movies and listening to any kind of music. I like how the rich controls can be customized - especially the "edge touch" where you can use it to turn up or down the volume. They also have a very slim profile as to not stick out. When working I can accidentally touch the BudsPro2 and outside 5 the music, but it's so early rectified by using my Samsung watch to temporarily turn off selected controls. I also like how the earpiece is all one unit and not made out of a separate piece of rubber. On top of that they have head tracking, 360 audio, and great ANC. The audio pass through is invaluable for me at work as I sometimes need to hear things going on around me but still want to isolate noises. I also have SPD so I really need them in most cases in general for my peace of mind.

They fit perfectly in my ear and stay in tight when I'm at work or at the gym. The sound is great and noise canceling on these things is really good. The battery is good and they charge fast.

Activate the noise canceling feature and noisy surroundings are no longer an issue! I will never buy any headphones or ear buds that are not Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy all the functionality, noise reduction, passive listening tap controls and good ear fit for running. I use the buds every morning (daily) at the gym where I lift weights, Pilates, run and other cardio. I regularly clean with a moist towel. After nearly 9 months of use, the buds became sticky. It seems the grippy coating is wearing leaving a glue. The glue interferes with the touch control functions. I like the functionality but the durability of the non-slip coating is making the buds difficult to control and handle.

I have a pair of Galaxy Buds+ I've been using for several years now. I bought the Buds Pro 2 wanting to upgrade. They sound amazing but unfortunately they do not fit in my ears. No matter what size of ear tip I try or what angle I insert them, I can't get a seal that blocks out noise. Even with the ANC on sound still comes through due to the fit. They do not appear to extend into the ear canal as much as my Buds+ and I think that's the issue. It's really disappointing because I had high hopes for them and they sound great.

I use them constantly and they last a really decently long time. I just can't wait to upgrade as well for the newest buds and try out the Galaxy AI feature for the live translate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had some generic earbuds I got online and the sound quality wasn't great, and they literally just turned on and off. These are excellent. I can turn on noise canceling, or ambient noise when I need to be able to hear my surroundings. It also has a feature I use often where if it detects speech, it'll turn on ambient noise and turn down whatever you're listening to for a few seconds (after it stops detecting speech) so you can hold a quick conversation or answer a question. I love that feature so much so I don't have to pop out my earbuds every time. I use these a lot when I'm overstimulated, or when I'm out on my wheelchair around town, or when I'm on the bus. They also connect to my samsung devices and I can control them and see the battery power from my devices. So many great features. You can also check the fits in your ears from the app.

They fit well, are comfortable to use for long periods of time, and have long battery life. No complaints whatsoever.
