[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use them while running and they have never fallen out, even on the roughest of terrain. They are compact enough, all the while, packing a punch like no other. The bass is booming, and the mids and highs are astounding as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a life long samsung fan, recently my 1st generation buds stopped working (testament to samsungs great quality that they lasted so long and survived so much abuse) so I decided it was finally time to upgrade, I wish I hadn't. These things won't stay in your ear, unlike the 1st generation there are bo wings to help secure them in, you have to shove them in your ear and hope they stay in. Even sitting down just listening to music they slip out. I've tried all the earbud sizes included and nothing helps. When they do stay in the quality is amazing, the battery life is impressive and the feel is great. I hope samsung goes back to adding the wings, there's no point in making these water proof if you can't even run with them without them slipping out.

For the price, worst ear buds I've ever had.. They do sound good. That's about it. I've tried all ear pieces and they still fall out of my ears nonstop while I'm working, or working out. I've had them a month-month and a half, and the left one doesn't charge half of the time. At a full charge they last maybe 4 hours just listening to podcasts. Using the app, I have them set into noise canceling mode. They constantly just switch into ambient mode non stop. Very frustrating constant having to open the app to fix your settings over and over. The touch controls onlu work half of the time with Pandora and Spotify. Most of the time they end up bugging the apps out and I have to shut them and the app off and restart everything if I try to use the touch controls to pause them. I had the original galaxy buds for years and never had issues. I thought upgrading would be great and I was terribly wrong.

Love the sound quality when im working on ny car or if i need to talk to people i can switch to ambiant mode and keep listening to music while talking to people. They always sit in my ears very comfortably. Best investment ive made this year.

The noise canceling feature is amazing, I set it on and have music playing or watching a video and I can only hear very loud sounds. The ambient sound is nice especially when you want to listen to music or watch video is a quiet space while someone is sleeping and they won't wake up but you can hear if they do. The battery life is amazing! They are a huge upgrade from my old galaxy buds plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with the sound and build quality of these buds, I love the easy to use wearable app and also how quick it was to set them up with my galaxy phones. The gesture features to control the buds are could be a little better though. Also battery life is pretty good. 3 to 4 hrs of continuous use and being able to recharge them quickly in the case that can get you almost 3 more charges when the case's battery is full.

My Galaxy buds 2 Pro are my go to every day headphones for ease of use and call clarity. I love that they are able to be wirelessly charged and when on the go I can use my power share from my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra to get a quick charge when needed. Making work calls is a breeze with these as they drown out background noise not only on my end with active noise cancelling but on the receiving end as well. This makes things like doing laundry and making lunches while talking great! The tap functions on the headphones are a great addition but can lead to some issues with unintentional hangups when adjusting the headphones that seem to slide out after a while of talking when on the move. This can be a little frustrating when I'm chasing my kids around and need to adjust the headphones when on a call. I understand that thickness is needed for the internal components but i would have liked to see less bulk near the buds and spread out a bit so that my ear doesn't push them out. Other than the fit these earbuds are great for any Samsung device whether it's mobile gaming, video calls, voice calls, passthrough ambient sound, and more. Still the best wireless buds I have tried but still lacks something to be desired in the fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound, great for running. The noise canceling works well when I'm in the office and the audio passthrough is convenient when needing to talk to someone. Battery life is more then enough for a full with day of normal usage.
