[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these buds with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra for phone calls, listening to music, podcasts and watching videos. They connect and switch over seamlessly when on a call and I put them in. The noise cancelling works just well enough to cut out ambient noise and can be set to be turned off or on when on a call by default in the Samsung Wearables App. The quick access functions from the optional widgett is helpful as well! I do wish there was a way to set a popup notification when the buds come out of the case. She had a set fall out of her case that she didn't notice and there's not notification when you walk away from your buds by default. You have to set that up inside smarthings fairly simply, but it would be nice if that was the default setting. The only thing I wish these buds had was AI translation software when wearing them, to translate conversation. But that may be an enhanced feature when connected to the S24 Ultra. All in all, these are a no brainer for Samsung Phone users!!

An hear is the voices and the soundtracks in the movies, I love them, excellent product, all my family purchased them.

My biggest issue is that this is my second pair and each time my right earbud doesn't charge at the same rate as my left one. The right one stopped working on all together on my previous pair.

Whether it's talking to a possible new client or listening to my new Playlist while I work out they stay put and no slipping out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quick auto detection of voices, switching to transparent mode in a flash, provides excellent class of ANC without the hassle of switching it off for every interaction. Awesome upgrade for me from some previously top of the line buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Buds2 Pro daily, couldn't function without having hands free ability. They fit my ears great, and sound quality is good. Downside for me is the battery life does not last a full day. Usually around 3pm they need to recharge. The update though should alleviate this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds2 Pro are the best earbuds I have used. Connecting with my S22 Plus was as easy as touching the case to the phone. The Galaxy Wear software immediately updated firmware and I was able to use the Buds perfectly. I don't use the touch controls on the Buds, I found them a little annoying if I had to adjust them. I have a Galaxy Watch 5 that I use to control my audio. They sound good, have great software, and being in the Galaxy ecosystem already made using them a snap.

The noise canceling is perfect and if I don't want full cancelation the ambient sound mode is amazing. The battery life is phenomenal and lasts me at least a few days between charges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the Bora Purple and it looks super pretty! Been using it for almost a year now and still loving it. I especially like the battery life as it is always dependable, especially for someone who always travels. Only caveat is that when I am on a call - the buds' mic, for some reason, picks up background noises and amplifies them. So when I'm on a call, I make sure I am somewhere silent or else people will hear me do even the slightest move like open a bag of chips or a plane passing by. Lol
