Hi there Missy1156, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. We completely understand how important the secure fit of your buds is to your enjoyment and your ability to listen on the go. If you haven't done so already this device comes with additional silicone tips in a few different sizes to help best fit your ear. You can also perform a fit test while wearing your buds in the Samsung Wearables App. We have available additional conform foam tips compatible with this device if the silicone is feeling slippery to you. Lastly this device does have a find my buds feature if one does fall out while you are wearing them. This will cause the buds to chirp helping you find them under things. This will work as long as the buds have battery power and are in range to connect to your device. Hi Andy, we appreciate your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. We understand how important the fit of your buds is to your usage and enjoyment. We do include additional ear tips with the device in a small cardboard box in the original packaging placed in the same place as the charging cable. If you do happen to have a bud fall out and have trouble immediately locating it, you can also use the Samsung Wearables App to use the "Find My Buds" feature that will have the bud chirp to help you locate it with ease. This feature can be used so long as you are in range of the bud and it has battery to connect.
