The 3D sound is really awesome, and it allows you to feel more immersed in what you are experiencing. They allow you to seamlessly swap between device so that you can use your headphones on different devices with ease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a a pair of Beats I thought were pretty good until I got the Buds 2 Pro on a promotion. Really have to say that they are the best sounding wireless buds I've used. Noise cancelling is very good and comes in handy during calls, and speaking of calls, the mic is so good that I was heard clearly while bike riding. Battery last a long time and the case fast recharges when they are low a few times before it needs to be charged itself. All around a great pair of buds.

Update: I'm reading and I see that Samsung claims to have interchangeable buds, at the same time customers say they don't have it, mine don't have it either so it makes me think that there is a very bad quality control of Samsung or they are selling used headphones.. what a shame, I also forgot to mention that the box is difficult to open especially at night (all its sides are the same) you have to keep turning it and trying until you open it, the same thing happens to charge wireless in the dark you can't tell if it's up or down Bottom line, this really is one of Samsung's worst products. keep your old headphones, don't waste your money and be happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is one of my favorite from the Samsung family, Galaxy Buds2 pro work perfectly and sound is super clear without hurting my ears, also its shape fits properly. I use them while I'm cooking, training, or working, they are part of my daily basis. One of the most useful features is that you can control calls, music and sound thru the touch controls without using your cell phone. I would definitely buy it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product delivers everything it promises in terms of quality and functions, however, after long periods of continuous use it hurts the ear due to the small unevenness of the metal region responsible for charging.

Fits weird, they keep falling out. And unlike previous models they don't come with different sized ear thingies. I traded in my galaxy buds+ for them and to be honest, I wish I hadn't. There's no jump in sound quality or anything like I was expecting and they fit way more awkwardly than the buds+. 2 stars that they exist and perform the bare minimum. Noise cancelation only works if you have both in; which is a let down if you're like me and your primary use for them is to listen to things while doing things and need to have one ear open. Also, unlike the galaxy buds+, it's been pointed out to me by several people near me that they can hear what I'm playing. Which is another huge strike. Before, no one could hear anything. But that's what happens when there's no perfect seal like previous models. They're fine, I'm just pretty let down.

They stay charged for a good amount of time and also charge quickly. These also come in different colors, I got lavender (purple is my favorite color).

They have great sound quality and if they're starting to sound a little off, a quick clean with some alcohol does the trick to restore them. I only have two complaints! The first being how fast the battery diminishes. It is significantly better than the Buds Live was though so I'm sure it'll only get better with time. When I first got them, I could use one bud for almost 9 hours before needing to switch and it only needed to be plugged in every few days. Now, each bud lasts about four hours and I have to charge the case every other day. The next complaint was actually a major selling point. The soft coating of the case! I love the way that stuff feels and looks! Unfortunately, it does not last long. The coating comes off with normal wear and tear and it no longer looks matte. It looks beat up. That being said, I am still completely satisfied with my Buds2Pro! I'll definitely be choosing Samsung for all of my device needs!

I have tried using it while walking, while working in office, while running, in gym, while gaming, listening music and having calls and just want to say that this is great product. I have used multiple Bluetooth earphones in the past but this is next level. I have recommended to few people in my circle and they were happy after using it.

The first ones were great, the only problem is people couldn't really hear me talk with the first ones. So after seeing the reviews on the bud pro 2 I decided to get them. And they are awesome! I still use my buds 1 for listening to music and my bud pro 2 for music and to talk.
