[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these buds sound good but they don't reliably stay in my ears with any of the tip sizes. when I go to push them back in, it's hard not to accidentally pause my music. even sometimes just walking is enough to shake them loose from my ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds 2 Pro are a great pair of Buds. Great noise cancelation and very comfortable. I love that they are so light, it makes wearing them for an extended time so much better. The only dings I have on them are sound quality and the touch sensor. Sound quality hasn't been the best in my experience. What did improve it a little is switching the eq settings, and changing the bud tips to fit better. I also wish that you could swipe to turn the volume up or down. But for the price, they have been great.

The sound quality is amazing. I mostly use them while reading and listening to music. So far so good. Learning the software is fun. I discover something new every day. At 75 years old I must say some new technology is a bit of a challenge but my new s23 ultra and my new galaxy 6 classic watch are a great pair with these buds. Keep up the good work.

I use it on my S23 Ultra device and also works seamlessly with my PC, so I can transfer seamlessly from working on my PC to listen to the best tunes and making calls hands-free. I also love these buds because the fit my ears so snugg and I feel so comfortable doing my work around the house, driving and it doesn't fall off easily or get lost. Another amazing feature is the noise cancelation which just helps me during my meditation, as I am unperturbed by the noise of traffic not too far from me. These are the bests buds I have ever bought!!

Ambient modes and active noise canceling are great as well. They have very great battery life also. I personally think the Airpods Pro are the absolute best earbuds I've ever used but these are definitely a very close second place.

I am super excited to see what the future hold for this category. I am currntly waiting on the arrival of the bud 3 i am hopeful that the Galaxy AI will put them over the top

i have tried everything to make this bad boys fit comfortably in my ears with no avail. i've bought 3 different types of memory foam tips and non make them feel better in my ears. i've tried every fitting tip and trick. don't jam them in, rotate left or right for best fit, nothing has worked for me. i really miss my original bud pros with amazing ambient sound and perfect fit. i would stick with the galaxy buds 2 or galaxy buds pro but not galaxy buds pro 2. when they aren't irritating my ears, the sound is pretty awesome

The noise cancelling options are beyond perfect and make sounds clear. They fit perfect the only downfall for these particular ear buds is battery life they do not last a full 8 hours so I have to charge them between breaks and lunch to have them last all day.

This is also very sturdy that i dropped twice from 5ft and still no scratches. Bonus you get a additional great music with advance technology. Go for it blindly if you are looking for a earbuds.

I've been able to connect them to my laptop for conference calls and my phone for of talking, viewingor just listeningtomusic. The best part is it needs minimal charging compared to earbuds I've had in the past.
