They work well, great battery life and are pretty comfy. Sound quality is good, not great but otherwise great little earbuds!

Im also very pleased with the battery life. Only issue I have is they can be painful after a while in the ears. I do have odd shape ears, so could be more my issue than anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2Pro are easily the best earbuds out right now. The design of the earbuds looks and fits good in the ear, and the graphite texture on the buds and case feels really nice. As for the sound quality, using it with a streaming service that provides 24-bit audio sounds amazing. I listen to music using the "bass boost" mode, which provides very impressive bass for such a small speaker. I only have 2 complaints, which is that the graphite case scratches easily, and that the ANC has significantly degraded in quality over time.

I just traded in my old ones to upgrade to the buds 2 pro and they work great, look amazing and sound even better than I thought. The only issue being I have rather small ears and they don't fit the best, I think the stem is a bit short so it doesn't go in my ear like it should because the bud gets stopped by my ear because it's too large, if only the fit was better I would give it a 1000/10 Over all I still highly recommend this product!! I am interested to see if I can use galaxy AI with the mic function on the headset at some point!

These true wireless buds are some of the best sounding buds on the market and getting somewhat close to wired offerings. The tuning on these is nearly perfect, just has some minor diminishing treble quality. Hopefully the successor to these buds keeps the similar tuning with improved treble and overall better response quality. Really like that these come with improved audio codecs and hopefully we can get to one rivaling LDAC across the board. One feature I would hope pro models eventually get is the ability to custom EQ rather than just the presets. As for other parts of the buds, these improvements I assume will come naturally. Battery life is somewhat below standard other ANC capable buds. The ANC is fine overall, similar to industry standards and will continue to improve. The call quality seems to have improved a lot and hopefully they keep improving. The microphone call quality could use some improvements in noisier environments for sure. The fit and comfort is very good overall and just requires some small adjustments to tip replacements. Replacing the tips feel cumbersome but just minor nitpicks. Touch controls work fine but they can be improved in sensitivity and overall functionality. Overall, these are probably the best TWS buds to get for sound currently. Price wise it isn't as competitive as AKG N400s or especially the Free2 classics. However, while those products are competitive in sound and price especially, they fall short to the Buds2 Pro in the other areas like the ANC and microphone. I would even recommend these over the Air pods lineup for iPhone users if they were willing to give up on the ecosystem features for sound. Of course, these are a no brainer for Samsung users.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Buds 2 Pro since they were released and they are as feature packed as they come. I own 3 other brands by either purchases by myself or as gifts from family members. These are the simplest to use, have the best overall combined features, and the best overall sound quality. The nose cancelling is #1 of the 4 TWS ANC earbuds that I own, when I turn on the feature, it doesn't matter what I'm doing, the rest of the world goes silent. Sound quality is better than 2 other sets of buds that I own that cost twice as much also. I love the fact that if I'm in the gym and start a conversation, the buds automatically mute my music, and turn off ANC and turn on ambient sound. I can adjust the level of boost for the ambient sound feature as well (it helps because I've hearing issues for over 25 years) and unlike all the other earbuds that I use, the ambient sound is boosted in real time with no delays. They fit great and are comfortable to wear for several hours. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy using these.

But sadly when I got them I was very disappointed. They glitched alot. And the smart voice detection didn't work well the music doesn't stop playing right away when u start speaking. Also the sound quality wasn't as good as I hopped for or expected considering the high price I paid for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually wear it when I'm working out, and to talk on the phone while cooking. These are great cause they don't randomly fall off. Usually all the other earphones fall out of my ears since my ear hole is quite small. I recommend these ear buds for everyone. They are also sensitive to your hearing capacity and is adjustable.

Decent battery life but there is some sacrifice for miniaturization and the design occasionally leaves something to be desired for staying in place during exercise.
