Sound quality is great, but they keep falling out of my ears and I only walk. Can't imagine using these while running. Today the left one fell out and I couldn't find it the grass covered with leaves. At least I still have a pair of Buds Live, which don't run on battery as long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to work and do my workouts with the galaxy buds+ and they were very comfortable and NEVER fell out of my ear, with the new galaxy buds 2 pro they fall out every time I start to sweat, and I have already tried different sizes of the pads and it doesn't work, too bad because they sound VERY GOOD.

I especially love the noise cancelling features and it helps when flying. They work for hours and I rarely have to charge them even if I go skiing or work out over several days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung customer since the Galaxy S3 release. That phone when my heart and I have owned nothing but Samsung phones ever since. The Galaxy Buds 2 pro, I got the purple BTS ones of course, have been my daily go-to for when I need earbuds. The sound quality to me is still way above average and reviews have consistently rated it higher than other high end in ear earbuds, think of a company that has a logo of a fruit, and I've really enjoyed the functionality that other buds do not have. For example, being able to double tap the outside part of my ear or the side of the bud to raise and lower volume without having to sacrifice other functions like play, pause, next or backtrack, and voice assistant. It's easy to turn on noise canceling or transparency mode and I find them very comfortable for long listening sessions. Phone calls are also pretty outstanding. I do think the noise canceling could be better and I've had issues with my initial pair were the batteries would just drain unevenly. Samsung repaired them pretty quickly, which I was very pleased with the service level. I will say it's the second pair, I had Galaxy Buds Plus that also had the same issue. But again, the service is always pretty good and overall, I think the Samsung line of earbuds are always going to be part of my tech ecosystem.

They fit perfectly in my ear and stay in tight when I'm at work or at the gym. The sound is great and noise canceling on these things is really good. The battery is good and they charge fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is phenomenal and the noise cancellation and talk through are amazingly above the competition right on par with Apple however that little layer that gets between the tip of the earbud and the actual earbud that stops it from getting clogged with any ear wax is not as sturdy as it would need to be and is a little difficult to clean so I will have to order additional tips for the earbuds because the screen is starting to come out. Other than that they are phenomenal feel great lightweight get the job done battery is excellent and again the talk through feature is unparalleled

With my current job I am on my feet a lot and need to listen for calls, but occasionally listen to background music. Out of the box quality is good, but can become excellent if you replace the rubber tips with memory foam ones. It enhances sound, comfort, and they stay in my ear longer especially at the gym.

The noise canceling is good enough to leave the over ear headphones at home. I also love that you can view the updated location if I ever misplace them. Sound quality is a huge improvement as well. Overall very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds all the time at work, when I walk and even when I'm just relaxing in my room. The feature where you touch the earbud to pause instead of having to go on your phone is beyond the most useful feature. They also have active noise cancelation or ambient sound, both features that are a blessing to block out any noise or to feel get into the groove of what you're listening too. They even have voice detection, where when turned on, when you speak, your earbuds will automatically lower the volume so you can speak and hear people better. When I have my earbuds on but I can't be on my phone, the earbuds telling me what kind of notification I have is so reliable. Then I won't have to worry about missing any messages with those notifications on. I find it shocking that you can actually change how you hear the audio with the equalizer. It goes from normal, bass boost, soft, dynamic, clear, and treble boost. If you're used to listening to your music in a certain way, this feature is like a gift from the heavens itself. I couldn't envision myself without these earbuds because that's how often I'm using them! Without a doubt, my go to for anything I'm doing.
