I have never been able to find ear buds that fit well or comfortably in my ears until these! I am.so happy with them. I use them daily, sometimes multiple times per day. They have great sound, good connection, and have great background noise canceling features too. The hold a charge amazingly well and I love that my case charges them without it needing to be plugged in too.

The case still solid and is well designed. I like them. I do accidentally use touch and gesture features that I don't understand. It would be nice if maybe the earbuds would audibly guide you through using those the first time you get them.

The only issue is that they slow my computer down when I use them but I don't know if that's due to my pc or the headphones. Regardless I'm happy I bought them and don't regret it.

They have great sound quality and are comfortable when they aren't falling out of my ears. The mic could be much better and I actually try to avoid using these for phone calls. People on the other end say I sound better when using one earbud rather than both, not sure why. They connect seamlessly to my galaxy phone or Galaxy tablet but it can be a bit finnicky when both are in range. For example, if my buds auto connect to my phone, I can't override and manually connect on my tablet until I turn off my Bluetooth on my phone. They have handled my sweat in the gym every day for about a year and have held up, still like new. The noise cancelling on airplanes is a game changer. I wish these, along with my S20+ got an update to use the Galaxy AI conversation translation feature.

ANC and the noise passthrough modes work great; battery life, even on a years old pair, is still impressive and adequate, especially with a charged case. The noise sounds tinny when ANC or passthrough is off. But otherwise sound quality is good. Some raise concerns with how easily the case gets scratched, but I really have never cared about that. Oh yeah, the initial ear tips kept falling out for me. Had to put on some aftermarket silicone tips.
