[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I would give them a 7.5 out of 10. Their best features are the comfortable design, good call quality and connection strength. I've walked about. 1 miles away from my phone and still held connection to my phone. I can have them in my ears for hours and have no issue with comfort. They almost disappear in your ears as far as feel goes. The sound is very impressive for such a small bud, absolutely no complaints in that department. The bass is anything could be improved on. For the improvements, I think transitioning into foam tips would greatly improve the noise cancelling abilities of the device. Somehow if we can get the passive noise suppression to be improved, that'll have a huge impact on the performance in that category. Ambient sound is great as is. The battery life being 5hr(at best) leaves a lot to be desired. I've owned several galaxy buds since their introduction to the market. And if somehow we can get the battery life to contest that of the don't xm5... it'll be game changing. As Samsung, you have to pump out the best quality you can possible, even if it costs a bit more. People would rather pay more now for a quality product than continue buying year after year for minor improvements. The technology is out there. Let's make the most of it 👏🏾

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love them, they don't have any issues staying in my ears. I've had the buds plus, buds pro, and buds pro2. They're much lighter than the original buds pro and the noise cancelling is a bit better as well. The battery life is enough to get me through the day with heavy-moderate use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried and had all of samsung earbuds and these are my favorite ones the noise canceling is good for work and also the ambient sound works suburb and these are most confortable earbuds and can not wait for the next ones to come with an upgrade to noise cancelation but still the same size and comfortable and more bass and more sound richness other than that i would still buy another pair of these earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bud 2 Pros are a huge improvement over the original Bud Pros in terms of fit and comfort. Because of that, they are much better at blocking out noise. I really have no complaints about them at all. I would recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice for at work and for when you don't really have access to your phone it's nice cause your still able to use the control of your phone but without touching it the noise canceling is amazing as well I don't think iv ever had headphones quite as nice as these ones if I was on a deserted island and I could only bring one item it would probably be those headphones I mean that honestly I wouldn't even need the phone just having the headphones in my ears would give me all the warmth and comfort I needed figuratively I mean physically I would probably die rather quickly but emotionally I would in fact be in a good spot n. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One giant leap for these earbuds, the continually and more regularly released cognitive and continuity updates brought to us from Samsung have done nothing but improve my experience with these buds, and the relationship started great. Let me start by saying they do have their flaws, whether it be lack of finding a place to put them when needed to take them out in a hurry, a finicky passthrough feature, sensitive to hats/headwear without the ability to get suggested press to hold options (speaking from initial experience ), and occasionally connectivity issues that leave static or one of the earbuds offline. Given these cons these are still one of the best ear buds on the market, overall sound quality, durability and design, a user friendly app without hidden control options. Anything that has or could go wrong with my buds I self serviced in 5 minutes or less with these traits attached to these excellent purchase options fo, exercise, office use, driving, yard work, or any werer in between that they don't compromise safety.

Crisp sounds and I love being able to choose between ambiance or noise reduction. I do wish call quality was better though. Wish there was an option to find them while in the case (in the event the whole case with buds is missing or misplaced)
