I use them for video & audio streaming, as well as live interactions in social media. Unfortunately, they fall out regularly with any jaw movement other than talking or just walking around because they're too bulky for my small concha. I'm only able to use them around home when I'm sitting and not eating anything.

I bought these almost a year ago and this is my first review of the product. I'll be honest, at first I was super excited and happy with the buds even though they would fall out of my ears no matter what size I tried. I mostly used them at home in bed to watch a show on my phone or while gaming on my PC so their falling out didn't bother me much. However, within a few weeks, the sound became very static-like and was cutting in and out regardless of what they were connected to. I had attempted to see if an update was needed but to no avail. In the end, I felt like I had wasted my money but I am a hermit and can't handle people too well so I never got them replaced. I just bought something else instead, It sucks because I usually love Samsung products.

They fit great and never fall out of my ears. Best quality sound I've ever had in headphones. I don't even have to pull my phone out to take a note by asking Galaxy AI.

I had my original Samsung Galaxy buds for over 2 years and I absolutely loved them. Unfortunately, do to an accident, I had to replace them. Buying them now was more expensive than buying the Buds Pro 2, so I decided to make the switch. The sound on the new ones is better and does seem a little more clear. There are more cons for me than pros. The battery life on the buds2 pro is horrible. The case doesn't hold much of a charge for long periods either. I also keep getting complaints from people on the other end of the phone saying they cannot hear me or that it sounds like I am muffled. I never had these problems on my original buds. Very disappointed and may return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish they had smaller rubber ear pads. The ones that came with the ear phones are too big for my ears and fall out. The three sizes they sent do not work for my ears. The sound is great, the features are great they just fall out easily even without shaving my head. I wish they had smaller rear pads so they would stay in. I can't use them so they sit on my shelf.

I found some replacement memory foam tips that made the ear buds much more comfortable and are compatible with the charging case. These are my first true wireless ear buds and I'm happy with them. With the memory foam tips they're comfortable for extended use and don't fall out. They're also very easy to keep with you because the case is small and easily fits in a pocket. 4 stars is only because I really dislike the stock silicone tips. Otherwise, they're excellent for my use cases.

It also has good sound amplifing microphones for when you need to be aware of your surroundings. However, I purchased two pairs of these buds and one of them has a faulty case. The case will not charge plugged in or wireless. Overall the buds custom sound quality and eq options are great.
