[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my earbuds almost all day to listen to music, podcast, phone calls, and even video calls on my laptop. They're very comfortable although I have trouble fitting one of the earbuds into my ear well. I've tried all the tips and nothing fits terribly well. I may have to buy some custom tips on Amazon or something. I love how easy it is to charge the battery because it's wireless, but they don't seem to last very long. I feel like I'm always having to charge them midday even if I'm not listening to music and I just have them in. I'm going to tweak the settings to see if that helps. But, overall I would 100% buy again. Love the great sound quality!

However, it easily slips out of your ear at times and the find earbuds feature is not loud enough in a lot of environments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound quality, noise canceling and battery life. I don't like the silicone tips. I found some replacement memory foam tips that made the ear buds much more comfortable and are compatible with the charging case. These are my first true wireless ear buds and I'm happy with them. With the memory foam tips they're comfortable for extended use and don't fall out. They're also very easy to keep with you because the case is small and easily fits in a pocket. 4 stars is only because I really dislike the stock silicone tips. Otherwise, they're excellent for my use cases.

The app connectivity is much easier than some other brands like Sony but because of the shape of the buds they aren't for everyone!
