The bud2 pro have great sound and seamless integration within the Samsung ecosystem that's really amazing. The major issue I have personally is the fit of the buds when you insert them. They just aren't comfortable for anyone with a small ear canal. The shape of rhe body of the bud rubs too closely on the ear itself when you insert them with proper seal per the tutorial. Additionally nits if I had to offer one is that the noise canceling feature is not as good as the original bud pro.

The case has not changed in size and it's a welcome fact because I don't have to readjust my carrying case. The case has a very smooth rubbery matte finish and is fairly scratch free and fingerprint free. The earbuds are of great sound quality with excellent noise canceling ability. It also has ambient sound feature that can be easily selected with a single tap off the outside of the earbud. The app that you use on the phone to control the earbuds is very intuitive as well. The best feature I like about the earbuds is the fact that it can read out notifications on a Samsung phone and it's especially useful while I'm busy with my hands where I cannot look at the phone. Eg: typing, workout, even in the bathroom! They are very sturdy and does not cause discomfort in the ear. With the appropriate silicone fitting, the air seal works well with the noise canceling function. Would definitely recommend this for any Samsung phone user.

Which is unfair to these earbuds, because if you can find them on sale, they're a sold buy. I just can't say that they're the best choice. Unless you live in the Galaxy world that is. As for the sound quality, it's good. Balanced, with just enough bass enhancement to be pleasing. Unfortunately they never get loud enough to really enjoy sound quality. The design of them are pretty good. They are light & stay in your ears pretty well. Why they stayed in my ears, they were prone to move around on me. This is a problem though as should the buds not be sitting right in your ear, you won't hear any of the details of their balanced tuning. . The app will get you a fit tester that helps you combat it, but it's a process to get to for how often they will need refitted. It might have been something easily corrected by different sized tips, but they're no other sizes included. Then their is the touch controls, which with how much you have to readjust these buds, they shouldn't have when capacitive, because when I adjust the buds I'm either changing the noise controls or starting or stopping the player. Final verdict is they're good, but if not on sale... Wait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds2 pro work amazingly well on several of my devices including windows devices, my Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra, and a Lenovo Android tablet. Samsung has made native applications available for all platforms, unlike Apple and the functionality is the same across the operating systems. This makes the exceptional hardware and sound quality so much better to use and to configure for each device. Sound quality including range, Soundstage and base are exceptional for such small buds. Battery life is generally really good and when the case us fully charged you can get well over a full day of listening with noise canceling on. The find my device feature has gotten better but still isn't as seamless as it could be. The fit and size of each ear bud is a little awkward at first and if you are not careful putting them in it can impact the noise canceling and sound quality.

I used tidal to check out the new 24-bit audio, and I was stunned. There are tons of features I love. Ear fit works well. I highly recommend buying them.
