I like the colors of the buds2 and how they are made. The buds2 also have been a good use in my life since they don't use much space and fit perfectly fine. The galaxy AI on these are amazing.

Especially during my kids games, it allows me to avoid overzealous parents and tune into my child. Then if I have to speak to someone, it actually stops so I can hear the other person without having to take my buds off! LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had galaxy buds, buds 2 and some other off brand wireless in the ear headphones, the Buds2 Pro are the best yet. The 3d sound is wild and with the noise canceling is perfect for watching shows uninterrupted. I like to upgrade devices but there's no need to even think about it yet. Oh, the battery life is great too, if they get low, a 10 min break gets them charged up for the reat of the day.

These are the first pair of Samsung Buds I have ever gotten and I love them! I've had them for about 9 months now. About a month ago, I lost the case and one of the buds in a hay field I was working in. It's nearly impossible to find things once you lose them in hay fields so I gave up hope. I used the Find My Earbuds feature but with all of the hay, they couldn't be found. I let everyone in the field know to keep a lookout for them but as time went on, I lost hope. We water the field almost every day and then we cut the hay with a swather. Then the hay was baled and picked up by the Bale Baron. So I thought they had been munched and killed. But yesterday, a fellow pipe mover in the same field found the buds! We didn't think they would work as they were wet and covered in mud. But after a good charge, they're as good as new! Fantastic quality and durability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung earbuds after I use their first iteration 2 years ago . The case has not changed in size and it's a welcome fact because I don't have to readjust my carrying case. The case has a very smooth rubbery matte finish and is fairly scratch free and fingerprint free. The earbuds are of great sound quality with excellent noise canceling ability. It also has ambient sound feature that can be easily selected with a single tap off the outside of the earbud. The app that you use on the phone to control the earbuds is very intuitive as well. The best feature I like about the earbuds is the fact that it can read out notifications on a Samsung phone and it's especially useful while I'm busy with my hands where I cannot look at the phone. Eg: typing, workout, even in the bathroom! They are very sturdy and does not cause discomfort in the ear. With the appropriate silicone fitting, the air seal works well with the noise canceling function. Would definitely recommend this for any Samsung phone user.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I initially was searching for earbuds that would work for me I knew Samsung was going to have a higher end product. I use them for my workouts and what I like about them the most is they fit in my ear with no fear of them falling out and also the sound quality. Music sounds amazing through them. Through their app you can also adjust for ambient sounds so that if you are talking it tones down the music and allows you to hold a conversation. Good battery life and haven't had an issue yet with them.

There is no excuse for these poorly designed ear buds. The weight of ear bud is not distributed properly to allow it to stay in ear for any length of time. Found it is almost impossible to get a good seal so it is hard to say how the sound quality was. They fell out of my ears with slightest movements. Have had same issue with multiple ear tips from other manufacturers. Lost left tip while walking across a bridge and was unable to find it with find my Samsung device feature. They should be designed to stay in the ear and not fall out or what is the purpose of using them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the white Samsung Buds Pro 2 that I bought. The color is nice and the touches are sensitive enough that I am able to use them with a sweaty/wet/hand. Noise canceling is pretty cool feature that I use to play video games with. The buds fall out of my ears though and I haven't been able to find a fix for them. Buds 2 don't stay in my ear and I am afraid to take them outside for fear of loosing them.

I bought these in October after I lost my buds live. The sound quality is fantastic and leaps and bounds better than the previous buds I owned. The bad, they won't stay in no matter what. I changed all sizes of ear buds that came with it and after 15 to 20 minutes they slide right out. I upgraded to the recommended ear buds that have the two layers and now they will stay in for 30 minutes. Horrible fitment design. Samsung should have put a piece or sell a piece to sit in your outside ear to hold them in place like older models.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the buds are sensitive to accidental touches. I have had many dropped calls just because I was fixing my hair or adjusting my earrings and my palm touched the buds and it got registered as a gesture.
