[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the lavender colored Buds which even after being cleaned atleast once a week for the past two months have no fade in color or issues with the outer coverings. I use them nearly everyday for listening to audio books and music. As I work around noisy pool equipment I use the active noise canceling and loud volumes. When active I can mow on my zero turn mower and its noise is just at a whisper. Great sound and not to shabby bass response. Battery life on average is roughly 10 hours for me. The wireless charging is awesome and the ability to use my phone to charge when not near any chargers. As I work around water the fact they are resistant to water to an extent is wonderful without having to worry that I damaged another set of ear buds. The active noise canceling is great for noisy situations but the ambient sounds setting is great for when having to talk to customers or when needing to have situational awareness but still listening to my books. The change from active noise canceling paired with voice detection is a game changer for me when some random person starts trying to interact with me. Instead of having to change the setting back to ambient noise all I have to do is talk and the buds will automatically change from active noise canceling to ambient noises and will stay that way for ten seconds after the last time I spoke then switches back to active noise canceling.

I'm really regretting trading in my my old Galaxy Buds for these. While the sound and noise cancelling are great, these things are SO uncomfortable. Maybe they work fine for people with larger ears, but for me, I think it's actually the very tiny seam between the inner and outer part that starts to cut into the ear. Why they had to change from the previous design, where you could customize the fit with different sized rubber pieces inside the concha part of the ear, baffles me. Seriously thinking of getting rid of them and going back to the older style. A waste of money.

I use mine everyday and get a full 18 hours on full blast and the battery never wavers. My favorite accessory of all time. BRAVO!

I never have experienced noise canceling technology until now and I am impressed, easy to use. I like being able to mute, skip tracks, higher/lower volume all without even having to touch my phone! The bass is great for music and movies! A+!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not the best version for the Buds. Previous models had better fit and the buds are almost uncomfortable to wear. It is a little bothersome having to continuously push the buds back into my ear, which then activates the touch sensor and has made me hang up on people several times while on the phone. They are great when I chose to risk using them for calls. Have had a pair that one of the speakers went out in one of the ear buds, after the initial warranty. The other ear bud still works great and the broken bud does not affect the functionality of the good bud. The best part of the buds had nothing to do with functionality at all, but that I could color match my phone case and ear buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds on all my devices, from my Galaxy S22 Ultra to my Galaxy watch 5 pro. I also use them with my IPad pro 11 and my gigabyte laptop when I'm in a crowd and not able to use the exterior speakers

These sound pretty good, but they do not stay in my ear. They just randomly fall out, regardless of the size of the tip. I even bought some aftermarket foam expanding tips, but not even that helped hold them in my ears. They are fine sitting still at my desk, but they fall out if I snack on something or move very much at all. I do not recommend this product at all.

From day 1, the Buds2 Pro hurt the inside of my ears (upper side, just outside of the ear canal). I thought I'd get used to it, but 5 days later and it's still painful to wear these. It's due to the extra bump on the buds. While these buds are supposedly packed with extra features, I can't get past the now forming blisters in both ears. I switched from original Buds (oval-shaped case) and love the way those fit but wanted better sound quality. My husband's Buds2 (not Pro) fit 100% better than these Pros. Sorry, Samsung - your improved technology should have also had a more comfortable fit, and these certainly didn't cut it. So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro with my cell phone and vehicle. I do like the additional bluetooth devices that it can be paired to and used with. I enjoy the easy pairing with the Bluetooth. The touch controls are easy to use and program to your style. I enjoy that the case is a power cell in itself and charges the Buds 2 Pro when in storage if not connected via a charge cable. They definitely are high quality. The noise cancelation feature is great and works amazingly. I prefer the ambient noise selection due to it allowing me to hear what is around me and carry on a conversation with others while the Buds 2 Pro are in my ears. These are a great product; the craftsmanship and audio quality are by far the best.
