Also, the noise cancellation was above my expectation. As it was my first premium Ear bud experience, I would recommend my friends to use in the future.

They always pair instantly with my phone and the app gives me tons of control to customize all the features of the buds. I wear them all around home and work, no issues with them falling out since they fit great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these earbuds sound great, very full and clear with decent bass. only complaint i have is, mine are the bora purple color, and the clear coat of rubber-type material chips off of both the case and earbuds themselves pretty easily if you don't use a cover/case. not sure if these are compatible with the new Galaxy AI features. overall, i'm not thinking of upgrading from these until they stop working. great earbuds, they're super pretty, and they fit my ears comfortably!

Only thing I would improve on is touch controls, which is sometimes too sensitive, and an unintentional touch is recognized as a "touch and hold" gesture. Music sounds great and noise cancelation works well when needed. Integration with the app, as well as with my Galaxy Watch is so helpful. I love being able to pause/play/volume in any way I choose, wether it's on my phone, watch or even the ear buds themselves. I also love that with the app, I can customize my buds to my preference, such as turning voice assistant on/off, or setting the touch control buttons to my preferences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these buds to listen to music and make and receive phone calls while at work and can't have my phone in my hands. I like the fact they are small and light weight. I do have to push them in or adjust them a couple times throughout the day, nothing out of the ordinary. I like the sound and the fact you can set up so when you talk to someone, the volume of your music goes down so you can listen,then back up. The rechargeable case is cool too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Samsung buds 2 pro almost every single day, and after a year of use I can say that the quality remains unchanged. The audio is amazingly clear, the earbuds themselves fit perfectly in my ears, and are really durable. I am by no means safe with my technology and have accidentally dropped one of these earbuds off of a bridge. I know, very irresponsable, but to my surprise, the earbud worked perfectly fine afterward and didn't even have any scratches on it.

The biggest problem I have is that they fall out of my ears easily. I've tried other adapters for my ears and none seem to work well. Disappointed in how they fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for a year, the sound quality is very good, way better than other simular prodicts in the same price range. The battery lasts more than 5 hours of constant use and when it runs out they chadge back up quickly.
