[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the buds. The phantom violet color is cool looking, the buds are a comfortable fit. The case is not bulky, nice size. I've been using these since 2021 and they are as effective as the first day use. I accidentally left the buds/case in my pant pocket & put them in the washing machine-- didn't realize it until i found them in the dryer but they still worked perfectly!

I love that they have noise canceling feature that can turned off with my Galaxy Phone and ambient sound. When on a phone call I can hear perfectly and thw other side hears me clearly too. Buds stick to ear decently but would have liked them to be better molded/sitting in my eat. For this reason alone I don't use them in public spaces or working out, afraid I might loose them. The Buds 2 pro have a sleek design and fit well inside my pocket (with case). Buds hold charge well, as advertised.

I love these headphones and their touch capability buttons.

The sound quality is great and the seamless pairing is convenient as well. I was turned off that less than a year in I had to replace one of the buds because it stopped working and it wasn't easy at all and took a little a month to complete. Now that same bud is losing sound quality and I'm left scratching my head wondering if this was a smart buy.

I also love that I can customize it the way I want and has the ability to seamlessly connect with my other Samsung devices. Love that I can use all the useful Galaxy AI features, along with my phone, with it as well.

I've loved these for the last two months since I've gotten them. However today while wasing my truck listening to a podcast I adjusted one with wet hands and it started squeeling and quit working. They are supposed to be submersible for 30 minutes at 3 feet but wet hands adjusting it seems to have broken it. Hopefully samsung will warranty it because I have really loved them but if they are that sensitive to moisture they won't work. We will see when I call tomorrow.

I had the galaxy bud pro before these and they would constantly fall out of my ear even when sitting on the couch. The buds2 pro stay comfortably in my ears for hours on end. The sound quality of them is great and they pair nicely to my galaxy s22 ultra.

The protest is because I like having wireless earbuds on a cord so I can just keep them on my neck all day and forget about them. I thought it would be too much trouble to keep up with these. Now that I have them, I love them and the sound is crystal clear BOTH ways! They charge fast and I haven't lost them once! I must admit that they were right!
