Been using Galaxy earbuds from the time Samsung start selling them, currently use Galaxy Buds2 Pro, basically for everything, talking, listening to music, my audio books. In fact, I always have at least one of them in my ear. At times I forget that I have it on, the comfort, lightweight is amazing. Will always upgrade, and I always recommend them to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Buds 2Pro mostly when I'm exercising or in school. The audio quality is amazing and the noise cancelling works well compared other true wireless earbuds I have owned. My only complaint is that the touch controls are easy to accidentally trigger when making fast motions or laying down and also sometimes won't register the touches properly and will perform the wrong action (for example pausing a song instead of skipping it). Overall my use of the earbuds has been pleasant and as touch controls weren't a key feature I planned on using the purchase was definitely worth it for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these headphones about 4 months back.... and never will I switch. Some say it's loyalty or not willing to switch to something new. I say it's because for the price it's worth it. I work 10 hour days in an office environment, I put these in and it make my day so much better. I move with a purpose and its noise canceling feature is perfect to listen to podcast or music . The battery life depends on how much you use it , I say comfortably around hours and hours ( with noise canceling active) . Without 10 to 11 hours. It says in my ear as well snug but not uncomfortable . I run , workout , dance and lay on my ear and still there it is , still in my ear. They say art decorates space while music decorates time... in that case these Earbuds are the paint brushes in which music creates its masterpiece in the mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use my buds to listen to music on the go at work and at the gym. With my current job I am on my feet a lot and need to listen for calls, but occasionally listen to background music. Out of the box quality is good, but can become excellent if you replace the rubber tips with memory foam ones. It enhances sound, comfort, and they stay in my ear longer especially at the gym.

Note: I'm coming from Airpods Pro, so that's my baseline for comparison. Airpods were solid, so maybe my warm, fuzzy feelings for them have colored my experience with these new earbuds. PROS: - Sound quality is really good. I recommend changing EQ to Dynamic versus standard setting. - I really like the 360 mode and use it frequently for videos. - Fit is good and they are comfortable. They don't work out of my ears when I'm talking like the Airpods did. - Noise cancellation is good and I'd say on par with Airpods. I bought some foam tips to use which improve the passive noise cancellation even more. - The pause when you talk feature is pretty cool. Not good for all situations, but it's nice to have the option. - Double tap on earlobe to turn up and down is a nice feature. - The case is high quality and I like it more than the Airpods case. The wireless charging capability with a standard (non MagSafe) charger is great, no issues with having to precisely position it in order to charge. Though, see petty complaint about case below. CONS: -Tap controls are so much worse than force controls. Any time you need to reposition one of these in your ear, you'll end up pausing or turning on transparency mode. Super annoying. Sure, you can turn off tap feature, but that's also a pain if you want onboard control for changing tracks. - I wish you could specify what different tap controls do (like change play/pause to double or triple tap to avoid the issue of activating this anytime you touch an earbud). You can only turn them on or off, but you're forced to use the built-in commands. - Transparency mode is way inferior to Airpods. If you need something with good transparency (like for mild amplification), these aren't it. The sound quality is weird, artificial, and echoey. Another thing that's annoying is that when you're walking with transparency on you can hear movement of air across the mics because of where they're positioned. - One of the buds developed crackling distortion after 1 day. This resolved after putting it in the case, but it's still concerning. - I don't think voice commands work directly with the buds, the mic on your phone is required. Maybe there's a setting I can change, but why wouldn't that be standard? - Skin oils from your ear are very visible on the black buds, unlike the glossy white of Airpods which hides this. - Petty complaint re: case. All four sides are the same, so it's hard to know just by feeling which side you open. So every time it takes me longer than it should to open the darn case. All in all they are nice to use with Samsung devices. They also switch easily to Windows computers. I like them, despite the cons. Coming from AirpodsPro to these is tough because it feels like a step down in some ways. Even still, they fit in the ears well and have a nice sound quality. I probably would have fewer complaints if they were cheaper. If you're not coming from AirpodsPro I bet you'll like these. If you don't have a Samsung, you'll probably find something for cheaper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had already used the first Samsung Buds, then the Samsung Buds Pro, and they were both really great, so when I had the opportunity to buy the Buds 2 Pro I wondered if they'd reach the high bar the previous models had set. Long story short, they did, audio is excellent, ANC y excellent, portability is excellent, battery is excellent, I'm just really happy with my purchase.

They're soft and don't feel like you're wearing ear buds at all. The only issue I have is that they fall out sometimes but that may be my own problem. Other than that, I love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really cool look easy to access and store away and to charge Love the case that comes with it to self-charge noise canceling is really good comfortable in the ear but could be a little more but will have to try the other ear pieces to see if it's more comfortable than the default that comes with it buttons are pretty on point wish it was a little more precise but it does the job pretty well Love the special features that are in the lab like putting the volume down and raising the volume easy supplies and play music or shows or whatever you use in it for I use it for you to listen to my pastor or sometimes devilish music that I shouldn't listen to lol but I would highly recommend it Great job Samsung
