[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is one of my favorite from the Samsung family, Galaxy Buds2 pro work perfectly and sound is super clear without hurting my ears, also its shape fits properly. I use them while I'm cooking, training, or working, they are part of my daily basis. One of the most useful features is that you can control calls, music and sound thru the touch controls without using your cell phone. I would definitely buy it again!

One may not think so but coming from the Buds2, the Buds2 Pro is clearly a much needed and appreciated upgrade. With the best sound I've experienced in a pair of Android earbuds, much less, Samsung earbuds, and with features ranging from 5hebnew voice detect, to the improved nocided cancelation and ambient mode, these buds do not dissappiont. Originally I thought the lack of being able to choose the level of the ambient sound would be a problem, but in my experience it's done a great job adjusting it based in the surrounding noise. Howeverz even the best products have flaws; although the fit is much bettwr than its predecessor, the Galaxy Buds2, I find that the right earbud, doesnt fit as snug as the left does, which, thankfully, isn't a big problem. Overall these are great earbuds, great for both heavy use and casual use, and they perform wonderful when I'm at school in the busy hallways(with the noise cancelation activated of course). I also love the new matte finish compared to its glossy predecessor. These are definitely earbuds I'll keep for a long time. Good Job Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is the most comfortable pair I tried and the feature set is nice wish the brant sound worked a little better seems isn't always loud enough even after turning it up durability is pretty good though the case magnets aren't strong enough like last budpros because if this one of my earpieces fell out when the case hit the floor and got ran over I wish they had a replacement for one ear options haven't been able to find them so would have to buy a new pair just for the right ear

The overall sound quality and noise cancellation are ideal for listening to music or conference calls. I wish the case was findable via SmartThings, vs just the buds because I have misplaced the case multiple times with the buds in my ears.

I have no real complaints concerning the sound, but I was really sad to find (immediately) that they are the worst fit I have ever had. The surface has a smooth matte finish that slides on skin too easily to stay still, and the part that enters the ear isnt long enough to anchor itself in. Since I stuck with the first model for so long, I thought I might as well go for the newest model, but the issue is so bad that I had to return them and find an older model that fit. If you have the option to try on a pair before buying, I would recommend doing that first. I ended up getting the Buds 2, which lacked some features, but stayed in better.

Right out of the box, the sleek design and comfortable fit caught my attention. They feel great in my ears, even after hours of use, which is a big plus for someone like me who loves to listen to music for extended periods.The sound quality of these earbuds is nothing short of amazing. The highs are crisp, the bass is deep, and everything in between is well-balanced. Whether I'm listening to music, taking calls, or watching videos, the audio is consistently clear and immersive. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature is a game-changer for me. It effectively blocks out background noise, allowing me to focus solely on my audio. There's also an Ambient Sound mode that I find incredibly useful when I need to be aware of my surroundings without having to take out the buds.Battery life has been solid. The noise canceling features are made apparent when running near busy roads, it completely silences vehicles even when playing music at a low volume. I enjoy how long the buds last before needing to charge them, a can go several days before my case has been completely drained of battery. The buds don't fall out and the sleek profile and easy touch controls make the buds my go to listening device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use these for workouts since long wearing sessions such as when studying can cause ear pain. I've dropped them many times and they still appear flawless. The sound to me is quite good, at least by bluetooth earbud measures. The main reason for a point off was the touch controls. They would read unintended inputs while I was adjusting them in my ears quite frequently, and when I wanted to change songs, it would always do the opposite of what I wanted somehow. After disabling this function, they're much better for running.
