[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Buds2 Pro for more than 3 months now and I can say I'm in love with these ones. Noise cancelation, the best I've experienced. Sounds quality is great and does seem to have improved from my previous buds.

What could be better? To have a "sport version" or one with better ear support because, I had to replace the right side two times. But overall, I love it!!

The call sound is always perfect. But they tend to fall out of my ears and I've tried using the different size rubber pieces to no avail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off music sounds great! But these are also comfortable enough to wear basically all day at work. I can have on ambient noise mode so I can still hear when a coworker needs to talk to me, and can switch to noise canceling mode when I'm on or call. There's also an in-between mode for when I need to focus. And I can switch between these with simple taps. Love how many features you can get with this, especially compared with the cost of some other brands that don't offer as much.

One of the few headphones where firmware updates actually seem to improve the buds ever so slightly. Coating is starting to wear off the case after being in my pocket but case still works fine. I mainly use wireless charging on them.

The sound is great and I can hear parts of my music I haven't been able to hear with normal buds. Decent bass meaning it's not over powering. The companion app is also easy to use. I would recommend these buds to anyone looking.

It makes the immersion experience so much more enjoyable. The battery life is fantastic and the charging case is perfect for on the go. The sound quality is the best and I love how I can adjust the audio for different sources. I have had many different headphones and in ear amplifiers over the years and these Buds rank at the top. They pair easily with any Blu tooth device but can be highly customized with other Samsung products. One listen and you are hooked. I recommend to all my friends who are in the market for the best listening experience.

I bought these looks nice, great sound only problem is they fall out of my ears more than my previous Galaxy Buds live. I tired to ensure its properly fitted using the app but I can't run with these, they just fall out of my ears. My previous buds probably fell out like two times in 2 yrs i had it but the Buds pro 2 has already fell out about 20 times and only bought it in August 2022......I need back my Buds live plz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is the most comfortable pair I tried and the feature set is nice wish the brant sound worked a little better seems isn't always loud enough even after turning it up durability is pretty good though the case magnets aren't strong enough like last budpros because if this one of my earpieces fell out when the case hit the floor and got ran over I wish they had a replacement for one ear options haven't been able to find them so would have to buy a new pair just for the right ear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned both the buds+ and buds2 and have been a fan of Samsung earbuds (especially the wingtip). However, I have had an issue with the buds2 earbuds easily popping out of my ear while doing chores in the house or just walking. Therefore I took a chance on the buds2 pro and was really surprised how much I liked them. They fit great and have fantastic noice cancellation. I've experienced no issues while out on a run or cleaning around the house with these and have been told the call quality is great too. I'm looking forward to continuing daily use with these buds and won't be surprised if I wear to failure.
