Remember when the Galaxy Buds+ lasted a whopping 11 hours? Samsung, please try to make them last that long WITH all of the cool features of the Buds2 Pro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Galaxy Buds2 Pro for phone calls as well as streaming. The Buds2 Pro are reliable and easy to use for phone calls. Unfortunately, the fact there is no sidetone available (as other buds in this price range have) makes the phone experience less than optimal. Without sidetone, the wearer's voice is not transmitted through the ear buds resulting in an experience of wearing sound deadening ear plugs whenever you're speaking, rather than hearing yourself (as you do talking on the phone without buds). Disconcerting. The buds are acceptable for streaming when you're in a space where you don't wish to intrude on other people. The sound, however, is tinny, and not as good quality as much less expensive buds. They have a tendency to fall out if you are doing anything physical while wearing them. In both cases using the buds as phone control buttons is not easy and dropped phone calls and inadvertant pausing or ending videos is a regular possibility. Overall, costly purchase for an underperforming product.

I rated a 4 because one them stopped working almost completely. As far as incan tell, nothing damaged the left one and they stay otherwise in the case by my bedside and cleaned regularly. I even thought it was my headcold at one point keeping me from hearing. As a mom who only buys things for family before self, I may have to spring for a new pair. These were the best gift to receive last year on my birthday. I love the lilac color !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The audio from these bad boys is incredible. I went from the Airpods Pro to these Buds2 Pro, and WOW. They truly do provide an ethereal experience of sound. Great clarity, as if I am hearing the music play a private performance. So far, my only issues with the device are the features. For example, you control the device by just tapping/pressing the device itself. This becomes an issue as you wear it. As the buds sit in my ear, they gradually slip out a little bit. I have tried using the different sizes, but they do still move in my ears. However, whenever I go to push them back in to provide the proper fit, it triggers the button sensors and will pause my music or end my phone call. It becomes frustrsting when I am on a call and cannot adjust my buds into my ear without setting them off. A cool feature is that the buds can detect when you are speaking and lower the volume so you can hear conversation. This is great. However it does this even when you make simple noise like clearing your throat. Perhaps it is to be expected, but I was also disappointed that it does the same when you sing. Other than that, it's fine. Again, the audio is superb and out-of-this-world. It is just that the features are a little hit-or-miss.

They work excellent, fit remarkably in my ears and pair seamlessly with my Galaxy. I love the sound and really enjoy my experience with it. The Buds app is great. Touch controls are fairly reliable. Now being nitpicky but I don't like how the touch controls can be extra sensitive (they activate if you lay on your side or if you brush them accidentally) and that there is no way to turn touch controls off using just the earbuds. You have to go into the Buds app which is fine, I have the widget which works, but just a minor inconvenience. The case is also somewhat sensitive to scratches --- if you put it in your pockets with keys expect to see scratches. Overall stellar product that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The touch gestures are also useful and make the life alot easier when you are working or away from your phone. It works great with the galaxy watch 5 pro as well. The battery life is really good and needs to be charged once or twice a week as per my usage.
