Noise cancelling and ambient sound work well. There is one infuriating part. The Seamless paring makes them almost unusable. I use them on my Galaxy 23 Ultra and Tab s9. If you so much as touch one device while using the other , itll switch over the sound even if you didnt want it to . Sometimes it gets confused and just starts switching back and forth . I also use them on my Surface laptop and they are a nightmare to pair. Also seem to have very weak connection. My old Buds pro never disconected while the device is in my pocket or my hand . Ive had issues where im walking , my arm swings in front of my phone and ill lose connection on one side. Even with my watch , if im listening to music from my watch and i swing the arm back itll disconnect. Please fix the software and pairing functionality.

After opening the case, I thought the buds were a bit bulky for my liking and thought maybe they wouldn't fit. Well I am happy to say I was completely wrong. The buds fit perfectly in my ear. The sound was AMAZING! When I used the buds to make a phone call the sound was crisp and even while walking with a ton of traffic, the other person was able to hear me loud and clear and I didn't feel as though I had to raise my voice like one normally would do when speaking to someone via Bluetooth. Almost forgot. The set up was so simple that a five year old could do it. Loved everything about my BUDS.

The sound quality is absolutely amazing and I love how it is customizable. The only real complaint i have about it is that although they are small, my inner ears must be the smallest because they are still too big for mine and It is very uncomfortable. Other than that, they are absolutely wonderful.

I own 3 other brands by either purchases by myself or as gifts from family members. These are the simplest to use, have the best overall combined features, and the best overall sound quality. The nose cancelling is #1 of the 4 TWS ANC earbuds that I own, when I turn on the feature, it doesn't matter what I'm doing, the rest of the world goes silent. Sound quality is better than 2 other sets of buds that I own that cost twice as much also. I love the fact that if I'm in the gym and start a conversation, the buds automatically mute my music, and turn off ANC and turn on ambient sound. I can adjust the level of boost for the ambient sound feature as well (it helps because I've hearing issues for over 25 years) and unlike all the other earbuds that I use, the ambient sound is boosted in real time with no delays. They fit great and are comfortable to wear for several hours. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy using these.

I bought these looks nice, great sound only problem is they fall out of my ears more than my previous Galaxy Buds live. I tired to ensure its properly fitted using the app but I can't run with these, they just fall out of my ears. My previous buds probably fell out like two times in 2 yrs i had it but the Buds pro 2 has already fell out about 20 times and only bought it in August 2022......I need back my Buds live plz
