Could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the galaxy buds 2 pro with high hopes. I haven't had thoes hopes met. They die super fast, the cut in and out and always lose Bluetooth connection. They constantly fall out of my ears and I'm afraid I'm going to lose them

If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. We also offer the Comply Tips Designed for Galaxy Buds2 Pro. These foam tips easily attach to the device and feature a comfortable, custom in-ear fit. Fun fact, these tips were designed to fit in the charging case while charging. If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, or Galaxy Buds Pro disconnect from your phone often, it may be due to a poor Bluetooth connection or because you are wearing the earbuds incorrectly. You should check that the earbuds are properly inserted into your ears, that your Bluetooth connection is secure, and that your earbuds' software is up to date. The best earbuds I've used!

While just as well using them pretty much all day at work for that hands-free listening that my job requires. This is just another beautiful and brilliant Samsung creation. Pairing with the app provides you with many options such as, but not limited to - EQ, ambient and/or noise cancelling, tap/hold options, etc. 5 stars would be selling you guys short. Keep it up!! Great sound and features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only two complaints are battery life. I get about 4 hours of battery life with ambient noise and voice detect on. And the square design of the case often has me trying to open it from the wrong side, especially if I'm distracted or it's dark. Besides that these are great, they sound really good and have great features. Would recommend.

Great product with minor software issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds themselves are great and easy to use. Sound quality is good too. Only problem I had with it is that it doesn't work with WeChat phone calls. Phone calls automatically goes through phone speaker and I can't find a way to fix it. I'm using Galaxy s23 ultra and latest version of the earbud and wechat sodtware.
New buds pro 2 is just another earbud
was really exited about the new galaxy buds2 pro . pre-ordered it. i was thinking finally i could get rid of my ipod pro. after 2 weeks of testing, what a letdown. first, the anc is just not good at all. you can still can clearly hear conversations few feet away from you even when you have your music is playing. not ipod pro. second, seamless pairing is a joke. samsung could even get their own devices to pair smoothly. have s22+ and s7 tab. sometimes, i have yo try about 10 times before i can pair the bud pro 2 to those devices. it's just getting ridiculous. there are few things i like. 1. the shape and size, i like it better than ipod pro. i like the discreet design and weight. 2. colors. i like to have options to your own color. 3. the case is small.

If you have the S22+ you can download the Samsung Wearables App and make adjustments to the settings of your buds from there that will adjust how much you can hear through with your music playing as well as some of the other sound preferences. Best earbuds I've ever used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 2 pro have amazing sound quality and is great for media especially when you pair them with a galaxy tablet. The ANC is decent and ambient sound is super nice to have have turn on automatically when you start taking.
Great Bluetooth Headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life of both the buds and case is great, they also charge very quickly. The sound quality and noise canceling is good. Calls are easy to take while using them. They're pretty comfortable for long periods of time.
Great sound and connectivity

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my earbuds, i use them when traveling and working out. Sound is good fit is okay I believe it could be better. They will stay in but every now and then you have to adjust them in your ear. I would love to see samsung remote control for the earbuds so I don't have to tap on the earbuds.its much easier if samsung created a small remote control for their phones so I can forward my music seamlessly without having to move my whole arm or look for my phone. Earbuds are great product good sound and quality.
