[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds2 Pros are a remarkable upgrade from the Galaxy Buds Live, where the Live's connection losses were apparent. The Pros signal (within Bluetooth range) is flawless no matter what your angle is to your phone. his is a must have for backyard work and the driving range. The sound exceeded my expectations, as it is crisp and covers the 20 to 20,000 Hz frequency range nicely. The fit is adjustable with the three earhole adapters, the controls are simplistic, and the sensors are located intelligently, which eases the mishits for large fingers. I ordered the flat or matte black finish buds and case. The case's finish appears more scratch resistant and is similar in layout to the case for the Live buds, but now has rearranged charging contacts to facilitate quick seating and successful charging. I traded in my Buds Live and received a discount. I will not miss them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy these little buds, they are great for listening to music or podcasts in loud environments, and for silencing an environment with the ANC features. I am curious to see how they will get even more upgraded with Galaxy AI. They are pretty comfortable in ear, but with how much I wear them and my small ear canals, there is a part that can get sore after a few hours as only the tips are soft. Seamless integration with my Samsung phone and computer.

While at work I'm listening to podcast or light novels, and I can still hear the customer easily. After work music or just ambient mode just so I'm ready for the calls. Voice sounds great when using it whether it's a vocal app or just a work call. The receiver is chrispy. And the battery is great all day covering I only need to swap buds once. And the case I can go a couple days before charing again Galaxy AI with voice commands is an amazing addition that seems so well made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these headphones! Sound is great, so is comfortablity and I use them while working out and they stay in 98% time so it's great. Only complaint is that the bottom has discoloration from a simple rubber case I use to keep it safe. None of my other series <buds pro / buds 2/ buds live> have any discoloration from case. It's was subtle but has grown. Originally was just slight yellow but on the bottom it is not a bit green. Not a huge deal I still love the headphones just be careful about the case you get if your using one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the earbuds for many years now I've never had any issues with sound quality or noise cancellation I work in An Extremely Loud environment and it takes care of what it needs to. I'm going to listen to music stream anime watch YouTube videos and even phone calls even around all this large equipment. Call Quality is extremely good. I have put my earbuds through the test of time and have a protective case for them. Even though I am not gentle with them they have stood up against the test of time and my shenanigans.

The sound is really good. THE BUDS FALL OUT ALL THE TIME. The fit on these is just terrible. Basically, they just don't go far enough into the ear and they fall out. Constantly. Super frustrating and makes them practically useless unless sitting still so you can catch them when they pop out.

They're my go-to when I want to find peace on my morning commute or unwind after a long day of work. When I get home I pop them in and relax with my favorite audio books and podcasts.

The galaxy wearable app also let's you customize the sound and settings of your buds. The battery life is amazing too, there's been times where I accidentally sleep with them and when I wake up they are still charged. Also the case only needs to be charged once a day for me. Overall, my favorite release from Samsung :) Forgot to mention the new AI features are super good and that's only the beginning of it. Can't wait for more features
