The audio quality on these beat them all. These have a great rich sound to them and have all really good surround effect. The bass is punchy the mids and highs are clear. The real selling point to these is the battery life and the size of the charging case. This is the first set of earbuds I can actually carry these in my pocket daily. Great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned both. The Pro is so much better. My favorite part is the sound proof. Touch ear bud & hold til u hear a noise & done. The sound proof if turn on & off. Also I don't have to take the out even someone starts talking, when I turn the sound proof off, it then let's me hear the noise around me but its louder & clearer then if I take them out. Sometimes I can hear people talking louder & better then when im not using them. I believe they would be good for people hard at hearing, I know they really help me.

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2, and while there are a lot of things I like about them, there's one significant issue that has affected my overall experience: they tend to fall out of my ears. What I Liked: The sound quality of the Galaxy Buds Pro 2 is fantastic. The audio is crisp, with a nice balance between bass and treble, making music, podcasts, and calls sound great. The active noise cancellation (ANC) works really well, effectively blocking out background noise and letting me focus on what I'm listening to. I also appreciate the sleek design and the fact that they are water-resistant, which makes them ideal for workouts and outdoor use. The Downside: Unfortunately, I’ve had a persistent problem with these earbuds falling out of my ears. Despite trying all the different ear tip sizes included, I just can’t seem to get a secure fit. This has been especially frustrating during workouts or even just walking around. They might work better for someone with a different ear shape, but for me, this has been a significant issue. Overall: While the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2 offer great sound and advanced features, the fit has been a real challenge for me. If you’re someone who’s had issues with earbuds staying in place before, you might want to try these out in person before purchasing. For those who can get a good fit, these could be an excellent pair of wireless earbuds.

The sound is great. I love that I can use hand gestures to pause/play videos, mute notifications, reject calls, etc. I can also control them through my Samsung watch 7. It's great that they recognize when they are in your ears as well. With that being said, I have went back to the earbuds I was using before buying these. The way they're made, they've rubbed my ear raw. It's not the tip, I've tried them all. It's the actual earbud. They're too painful for me to wear.

Noise canceling, ambient sound, and sound quality are great. I've even had to use smartthings app to find my earbuds multiple times. I will definitely buy the next version of these.

I kept up on cleaning them but there is poor sound quality out of the right bud. I've looked up tons of ways to try to fix it but to no avail. Still love them. Just wish both worked well.

The ambient noise option is a great and helpful feature. The only thing I didn't like was I felt there should be more size options for the rubber parts. That helps a lot when I'm trying to sleep and my boyfriend is snoring loud enough to bring walls down. The ear buds also fit snug and secure in my ears without sacrificing comfort. They stay charged for an astronomical amount of time so I don't have to worry about charging them every night. My phone calls sound clear and I've had no complaints from the callers saying they can't hear me. The minute I put them in my ears they connect right away to my phone.
