These are the first pair of Samsung Buds I have ever gotten and I love them! I've had them for about 9 months now. About a month ago, I lost the case and one of the buds in a hay field I was working in. It's nearly impossible to find things once you lose them in hay fields so I gave up hope. I used the Find My Earbuds feature but with all of the hay, they couldn't be found. I let everyone in the field know to keep a lookout for them but as time went on, I lost hope. We water the field almost every day and then we cut the hay with a swather. Then the hay was baled and picked up by the Bale Baron. So I thought they had been munched and killed. But yesterday, a fellow pipe mover in the same field found the buds! We didn't think they would work as they were wet and covered in mud. But after a good charge, they're as good as new! Fantastic quality and durability!

The only issue I have is occasionally they like to lower volume and I have to place them back in case and re connect. They also like to disconnect while in use on calls and I have to manually reconnect to my phone in device controls.

Now, I ain't no sound engineer or nothin', but I appreciate a good jam session as much as the next fella. Let me tell you, these Buds pump out some impressive sound. The highs are crisp, like mountain air, and the bass packs a punch, stronger than a firecracker on the Fourth of July. Now, this here "Active Noise Cancellation" thing- it's like havin' a personal concert hall wherever you roam. It mutes a lot of that background noise that can ruin a good listenin' experience, you know, like old Rusty the basset hound snorin' away like a winded tractor. Let's just say, it even comes in handy when things get a little noisy at home. It ain't perfect silence, mind you, but it lets the music shine through clear and strong. They do have this spiffy "Transparency Mode" though, lets you hear what's goin' on around you even with the tunes pumpin'. Kinda handy if you gotta keep an ear on the kids while you're enjoyin' your favorite artists. These Buds fit snug in your ears, like a well-worn baseball cap. Might take some adjustin' to find the perfect fit, but once they're in, they ain't budgin'. Battery life seems alright, keeps the music goin' for a good few hours. Overall, I gotta say I'm impressed with these Galaxy Buds Pro 2s. Top-notch sound, impressive noise cancellation, just be prepared for the snug fit and maybe try them out before you buy them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wear them most days. They are comfortable and have good battery life. I wish the sound quality was a bit better abs that they got a bit louder. The anc is about a B. Overall, I'm happy with them just not thrilled.

The texture on the case is really nice and it grips well. The only downside is mine left ear bud stopped working after an year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Buds headset. Had the original, then the pro and now the pro 2. The buds pro was a big upgrade over the original, but the shape made it hard to comfortably stay in the ear, particularly during exercise. The new Buds Pro 2 has a much better shape that comfortably stays in the ear even during strenuous activities. Plus the matte finish and smaller size looks very cool.

I've gone through so many different types and styles until j found these that seem to last so long. The biggest compliment I can give is the fit. They almost never fall out weather I'm at work, at the gym, in the woods, or just casually wearing them while getting every day tasks done. The sound quality is very crisp and clear. I greatly enjoy the volume, sometimes you just want music to be loud and these deliver! Comfort is also a something to consider as they are buds they fit well without being uncomfortable. Noise canceling features are amazing as well, you can still hear the talking of others while blocking out other sounds while keeping your music on point. Assuming the Samsung AI would be integrated into the functionality of these buds is just another easy I wouldn't change to anything else except the newer version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds are a great all around option. Sounds quality is clear and balanced, ANC features work well, battery life is very good. I use them with both my work and personal samsung phones, so the auto switching is very convenient. ANC ambient mode is great on my motorcycle. It cuts the wind noise while still allowing traffic and engine sounds to pass through for safety. I do use a foam eartip, as I've always struggled with oem silicone tips.

The only issue I have is that they fall out of my ears so easily when exercising. Would love if they had some kind of grip to the ear to stay in place, even with the ear piece in place. But overall great product. Love my Samsung products.
