[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned the first gen buds and this was a huge step up. It's hard to find headphones that are reliable, look sleek, and work great. These do the job and integrate really well with my Samsung Galaxy S23.

These buds have never let me down while on the job... I deliver mail so they have had to be tested im my environment ; Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail shall keep the postmen from their appointed rounds.” They have done exactly that.

my original wireless headphones are the first gen one (i think). i do like these for all the odvious reasons for wireless headphones but the old ones fit alot better. i have changed rubber tips i have moved around to ajust better in my ear. nothing really helps, the old ones fit perfect. the only reason i don't sell these and buy another set of the ones that fit alot better is the programing, i really like the feature that has it turn down as soon as it hears me talking and the fact they are waterproof (my others are not). although i have only got that feature to work once or twice i keep trying, i have also not tested them in water. i was really disappointed when they did not fit like the originals did.

These are the third pair that I have returned, it always happens that suddenly one of the two (right or left) begins to be heard very low and with noise until days later the other begins with the same problem, as I said before this is the third time that happens to me, so I don't want them anymore, i don't recommend them at all, and one more thing, at least for me they are quite uncomfortable to the point that my ears hurt

The previous certain had an extra edge or were shakes a tad differently and the buds stayed in my ears, even while jogging. This version falls out no matter what size ear things I use, the rest piece might even stay in, while the boss become disconnected from the ear piece and fall out. It's really hard on me, especially while I'm at work. I drive dump trucks, and they're filthy, and the buds go flying across the cab, landing under my feet, or whatever. I've tried everything, all without success. It's disappoint causes me grief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the buds had pros and cons. The buds themselves would lose signal from the phone not being too far. The touch sensitivity where it goes from noise canceling to regular was super great feature but was too sensitive. Even if I laid on my back it would go in and out .Sound quality great! For calls other people really couldn't hear you most of the time. Tracking them was easy. Updating them was easy. Connecting from Bluetooth was not hard at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the Buds Pro 2 for his excellent ANC, especially at low frequencies, and I find them to be a good companion for Samsung phone users due to the seamless device integration. The earbuds offer a good level of touch sensitivity and are IPX7 water-resistant.

I couldn't find any buds that would stay unless I attached the wing things you can buy online. These ones actually stay! I do occasionally have to readjust them but it's not nearly as bad as other ones out there right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always wearing my buds 2 pro literally all day and is so covenant, I can answer my call with a touch, be alerted of all my notifications, listen to music and the app is great, most of the time I only wear one when the battery dies I use the other one so I have double time of battery .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Buds2 Pro almost all day. I listen to music on my e-bike ride into work. While I'm at work I have a single Buds2 Pro in and on ambient sound it helps me hear the guest better in the busy lobby. Voice detect is a very useful feature because if I'm listen to music and someone is talking near me it turns down my music and I can hear what the employee or customer is asking. Overall Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are so far the best ear buds I've ever owned.
