I have tried to use all their eartip sizes, but no dice. I'm hoping some aftermarket tips will assist with keeping them in place. Other than my special case, again the sound is great and phone calls are also good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Bud2 Pro. I had an earlier version of Galaxy Buds and decided to upgrade. I love listening to music and the first time I used the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, I was amazed at the sound quality. Let's just say, I instantly fell in love with them and knew I had made an excellent choice in upgrading. I already knew that these buds would have some excellent features but was amazed at just how many options via the Galaxy Wearable app. One of my favorite features is the Active Noise Cancelling. With this turned on, it is like I'm in a extremely quite room while listening to my music. While I'm at home, I can turn on Ambient Sound to hear my surrounding. Another one of my favorite options is that these buds will detect me talking and automatically lower the volume, and turn on Ambient Sound when it detects a voice, via the voice detect option in the app. What an incredible and smart feature and I do not have to worry about lowering the volume of my muisc. One of the newest features just became available via an update to the buds. It allows extra sound via Ambient Sound mode to be heard. What is so smart via this updated feature, is that you can control the volume per each bud. How cool is that? Besides listening to music, I found recently a cool feature that will pair my buds via bluetooth to my Samsung TV. Now I can watch a movie without disturbing my family at night! Overall, I love my Galaxy Buds2Pro and glad I upgraded to them.

I've tried others but when the last pair I tried stopped charging, I decided to go with Samsung since I already have other Samsung devices (phone, tablet, watch, tv). Setting them up with all my devices was easy. They paired with no problem. One thing I really like is how they easily switch from one device to the next without me having to force it. It just works. The fit of the earbuds in my ear was perfect. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing them, they're that comfortable. I did the fit test initially but my fit was already good. I use these off and on all day. Battery life on the buds and the case is pretty good. I don't have to charge the case daily. The different sound modes are dope. ANC works great and the ambient sound is pretty neat when I want to listen to my music and still be aware of my surroundings. No regrets or buyer's remorse with this purchase!

The battery lasts forever and a day and they are also beautiful, I have the purple ones and they are so cute and fit perfectly.

These galaxy buds make my music sound amazing and I can use ambient sound to talk to someone while still listening to music or a YouTube video. These buds are the most worthwhile investment I have ever made, they make my daily life so much better.

I kept up on cleaning them but there is poor sound quality out of the right bud. I've looked up tons of ways to try to fix it but to no avail. Still love them. Just wish both worked well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bud are for multi use function. Primarily I use them during commute, at work and at home. The sound quality is amazing on the buds and I really love the hands free ability to lower the volume when it detects the user speaking. It is a bit of a hassle taking your headphones out everytime. However, because they do not fit very well, I have tried all the Gummi attachments, I am very nervous taking them out of the house in fear of losing them. They fall out of my ears, especially the right, constantly.

Activate the noise canceling feature and noisy surroundings are no longer an issue! I will never buy any headphones or ear buds that are not Samsung!
