The sound quality alone is enough for you to upgrade. I use my Buds for listening to music and taking calls from my phone. The sound is clean and clear. The bass is nice and smooth. When talking to people, I hear them and they can hear me with awesome clarity. At night while everyone is sleeping, I can connect these to my smart TV and it feels like I am at the movie theater! I can pump up the sound with out disturbing the peace! Lol! I feel enveloped and immersed in sound with these in while watching my favorite shows! The Galaxy Buds2 Pros are a must have!

I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the sound and even the bass they put out for the size and what they are, I was very skeptical about them coming from a Bose Headset but am Sold and very impressed. The only con so far is they don't get as loud as I would like them, don't get me wrong they do get loud, but some songs I enjoy BLOWING OUT MY EAR DRUMS. And I wish they had better battery life. But it is what it is, and over all I would definitely recommend Them to anyone looking for great sound quality ear buds.

i have used multiple ear buds in the past, to include a couple different galaxy buds. these are by far my favorite head phones that i have ever used. they have amazing sound quality, and the features babe cease to amaze me. they noise canceling starts working immediately, even so that it feels like it blocks outside sounds before you start any media. i also really love the ambient sound. the best is that you can set it to switch between the two as you start talking so you don't have to try and talk over your media. there are so many great features that i can't list them all here. well worth the money.

The music quality is awesome. They fit well in my ears and store easy. I dunno, now that I have them I might want to start going to the gym or something. Maybe. If I have time. Next week. Once I started using these earbuds I stopped getting complaints from other callers about how well they could hear me. The noise cancellation is pretty good. It gets much better with a good seal on the earbuds, so be sure to find the best fit with the different sized tips. I also enjoy the feature that turns on ambient sound when I start talking. You don't have go keep turning your music on and off to day something to someone else. Ambient sound mode turns back off after you stop talking for a few seconds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. They are very comfortable which surprised me because normally the Gummi style bud irritate my ears. The sound quality is really great and I love how you can customize them to your preferred needs. My favorite feature is the noise canceling and ambient sound. With the noise canceling feature I can cancel out the noise and focus better at what I'm doing without distractions. The ambient sound is amazing as well because if I want to still listen to music this feature will pump the sound into my earphone so I can hear anything. I highly recommend these earbuds to anyone.

Before these I would use regular Galaxy Buds and I loved those they fit very nicely with great audio. However, these buds have so many more functions, better sound cancelation, and fit AMAZINGLY. When delivered they came with different sized tips and I use the smallest ones. They genuinely fit so well that I forget that I have an earbud in when I don't have anything playing. Also the noise cancelation is top tier, it's as if all surrounding sounds just disappear. I also really appreciate the fuction that turns down music when you talk, very convenient and works very well. I would also like to just say that the sound works great even when listening to something where the audio travels from ear to ear. Finally they're easy to clean, carry around, have a simple design, and great connection range. I would definitely recommend these especially for people with small ears looking for the right fit.

Battery life is amazing and I can listen to music while I'm working and not have to worry about having to charge them multiple times a shift. It's great using the ambient sound so I can hear what's going on around me and the Galaxy AI works great knowing when to turn it off from loud noises.
