[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the original Buds. These fit so much better, are lighter, and have a sleeker profile in the ear. The audio quality is great though not noticeably much better. Noise cancelling is much improved and the pause when talking feature is super handy. Battery life could be better, especially when ANC is on, but the case does quickly recharge the headphones.

I like that I can monitor the battery on my phone. I love that it tracks the case and each ear bud separately.

I have another pair of buds my guy didn't want I'm using now from a different manufacturer that I have yanked from out my ear in frustration not being able to turn the dang volume up, answer a call, or hang up from one, sound pretty crappy, and they actually costed around the same price as my galaxy buds that were 100000x better no doubt hands down! ~Definitely~Recommend~

Now, I ain't no sound engineer or nothin', but I appreciate a good jam session as much as the next fella. Let me tell you, these Buds pump out some impressive sound. The highs are crisp, like mountain air, and the bass packs a punch, stronger than a firecracker on the Fourth of July. Now, this here "Active Noise Cancellation" thing- it's like havin' a personal concert hall wherever you roam. It mutes a lot of that background noise that can ruin a good listenin' experience, you know, like old Rusty the basset hound snorin' away like a winded tractor. Let's just say, it even comes in handy when things get a little noisy at home. It ain't perfect silence, mind you, but it lets the music shine through clear and strong. They do have this spiffy "Transparency Mode" though, lets you hear what's goin' on around you even with the tunes pumpin'. Kinda handy if you gotta keep an ear on the kids while you're enjoyin' your favorite artists. These Buds fit snug in your ears, like a well-worn baseball cap. Might take some adjustin' to find the perfect fit, but once they're in, they ain't budgin'. Battery life seems alright, keeps the music goin' for a good few hours. Overall, I gotta say I'm impressed with these Galaxy Buds Pro 2s. Top-notch sound, impressive noise cancellation, just be prepared for the snug fit and maybe try them out before you buy them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Galaxy Buds2 Pro my life was made a lot more relaxing, as I have been able to listen to my Lo-Fi music without distractions due to the extremely helpful Active Noise Cancelling feature that blocks almost all loud and ambient noise keeping me focused and unbothered. Another amazing feature that I can never turn off is 360 Audio that enhances the sound you listen to making feel like it's coming from all angles.

I wish they didn't fall out when they drop though, can cause them to be lost. The case and each bud needs a tracker in them you can keep up with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my headphones in the gym. They are great at noise canceling and have great sound quality. They do however get hard to wear after awhile because they start to hurt your ears. I wish Samsung never stopped making over ear headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy new new ear tips, those that came with the buds are cheap. The buds wouldn't stay in my ears. But after new ones they stay put. The sound quality was always great, the issue are the cheap tips.
