I'm not audiophile but it really fits my sound desires. The noise cancelation on them are fantastic. I don't like hearing conversations or the gyms music and these do a great job of drowning out those noises while I work out.

I also watch alot of videos on YouTube and movies on Netflix so I'm excited about that . Also haven't tried it hoping for a crystal clear voice call experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ambient noise is by far the most useful feature, in my opinion. I work in a loud area but I need to be able to hear as well. I absolutely love how I can change the tune of the ambient noise to either duller noises or sharper ones. Or maybe I don't need to do either, so instead I cab long press and it turns it on and off without having to open my phone. It's very helpful. I have tiny ears so most ear buds don't stay in very long, but these definitely do.

At first I was a bit skeptical but then I tried them out in store. What can I say it was love at first sight. The sound was great, the fitment was great. Everything was just great about them. From start to finish they're perfect. Sleek design neatly fits into your pocket for everyday carry. Top of the line products and if you are ever caught in a moment between headphones just know that with Samsung you will never be disappointed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Buds. I've always been a traditional user, but the Galaxy AI has changed my life. I like to wear them for fun, quick answers, and to silence the loud noises around me when I work from home. The sound is super clear and the buds have fast reaction time. Touch controls are easy to understand and use. I even recommended my anti-tech mother to use these because she sometimes has issues hearing. Well, no hearing aid needed! I occasionally have issues with the others not hearing me clearly when I'm using the buds for a phone call. I still have to have my phone close so the mic can pick up my voice. That is a bit of an irritant.

I got these about 3 months ago and I have mixed opinions. I really enjoy the noise cancellation but the way these fit in my ears is really annoying. I had the Galaxy Buds first gen and I really enjoyed the feature where you can adjust the wings so that the ear buds stays in place. I did test out all the ear bud tips for this product but it wouldn't change the fact that they always fell out. I also think that the way my ears move whenever I speak, smile or laugh effects this a lot, I really hate how my ears move so much. I feel like the earwax I have plays a big role too, I really have to keep my ears dry when I wear these but I have wet ear wax and its a pain when I start sweating and the earbud just starts to slip. Really contemplating returning these and sticking with my first gen, but I don't know if I would be able to since I wore them ://

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro every day at work. I work as a singer and they are my perfect companion to always be rehearsing my music. They are super comfortable, they offer me very good sound and I love the battery. I just love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I can say that's missing from this device is the ability to have two devices paired at the same time. Personal devices for music and a work phone for taking phone calls. Or computer for games and music and a phone for phone calls.

It was easy to set up when I first received them. My favorite feature is that I can also control my music and calls with just a tap on the ear bud , I can pause the music, answer a call, or skip to the next song. Without having to touch my phone, especially if I am doing something important.

Whether Im on the train or the bus maybe just walking to the store or taking my daughter and her brother to the park I always have them on me. The case and buds are a perfect size not to big not to small. Fits in my pocket no matter what type of pants or shorts I have on. They sound great too alot of these other brands don't have the same kinda sound especially with the noise canceling options that are on the app. Even the galaxy wearable app is great. I love how easily it switches between my different devices weather it's my samsung galaxy phone, samsung galaxy tablet or even my samsung tv. when I gotta keep the noise down at night. Even connects flawlessly to none samsung devices. I'm completely happy with them . Only option I wish you guys had for them is an active style ear fitting one that I could use if I'm running or working hard at work on a job site. If you guys could come up with a type of rubber ear fitting that can go around the ear or even those 3 point triangle ones that squeeze into the concha of the ear that would be awesome. In ending I love them!
