The audio quality superb, passthrough is completely amazing, letting me communicate with my coworkers without effort. Touch controls are simple and convenient. The only minor flaw for me (your mileage may vary) is the earfit. After a few minutes they tend to pop out and I need to readjust. Pretty happy with them and looking forward to next iteration.

The buds have trouble with windy situations, and sometimes emit a high pitched squeak if your finger rests on the microphone at any point. That said, they're still better than any other buds I've tried.

The fishers I like the most are the noise cancellation and how comfortable they are while wearing them. You can turn on and off the noise cancellation and while having it on the caller on the other end of the line can't hardly here any background noise at all. While having them on you could hardly feel them in your ears especially while running. Definitely will recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They improved the noise canceling along with the ambient sound mode definitely noticeable from the previous buds pro along with have clearer crisper sound, not saying it's a giant leap in improvement but you can definitely notice it.

The automatic fading when it detect your voice is a handy feature but I wish it was smarter. It thinks that you are having a conversation when you may be humming along to a song and it fades the music which kinda ruins the moment.

With my current job I am on my feet a lot and need to listen for calls, but occasionally listen to background music. Out of the box quality is good, but can become excellent if you replace the rubber tips with memory foam ones. It enhances sound, comfort, and they stay in my ear longer especially at the gym.

My only complaint is the feature that turns my music down while someone starts talking to me. But it's a good feature to have. I will definitely upgrade to the bud3 soon just because my daughter waves my bud 2. Samsung has never done be wrong with any of their devices
