Sound quality and ANC is good on this device. I love the fact that this one stays and fits in my ears, as compared to the previous one (Buds Pro 1), though this one doesn't have high or low ANC settings, just direct.

This was my first set of earbuds and now I understand why so many people use them. The sound in each ear is automatically balanced and the result is fantastic!

I like the Samsung Pro 2 Earbuds their a great investment and clear sound, and the Bass And Treble are good. The case Is solid you will not lose your earbuds during normal use

Fits great in my ears easy to pair with my Samsung phone and tablet. Sometimes makes a light high pitched noise when wirelessly charging on some chargers for some reason

The best earbuds I have ever owned. Very clear audio, easily connects and disconnects to multiple devices. Very pleased with this purchase and the battery lasts, while the case charges few very fast.

So far they're wonderful. They're great and comfortable to wear, plus my favorite feature is the wireless charging because I can just charge it with my s24+ on the go.

While it took me a little while to understand the instructions, the result was well worth it. The buds are very comfortable in my ears, and the sound quality is as good as that of an external speaker.

Good sound, noise canceling battery life. Fit slightly good compared to buds pro. Miss the sport lock from previous series. Tried the pro 3 but don't like that fit at all

If you feel like they don't fit snug, give it a week. My ears got used to them and the feeling that they were always about to fall went away. The audio is decent (I liked my Sennheiser CX True Plus Wireless more)

Most of it is good and working except that I always have trouble connecting them to Bluetooth. I have to restart my phone or my computer before they can recognize the earbuds
