Do clean your buds once in a while. Make sure you've inserted your buds correctly before judging the noise cancellation. Galaxy AI is good too! It recognizes just our voice and while on call it removes the other noise. I've been waiting for this feature for a long time and it's finally here and awesome!

The charge on the buds lasts very long. One really important thing that I wanted to point out was the durability of the galaxy buds. They literally last forever unlike some other brands air pods that go off on you after few months. Highly recommend the galaxy buds.

I bought these a year ago, making this my second time buying Samsung ear buds. The first pair I didn't like because of the sound quality nor the fit. Forward two years later and I purchase these ear buds as they were an upgrade. Although the sound quality is better, the fit is still lacking. No matter which size bud tip I use, these buds do nt stay in the ear. They constantly slip ever so slightly out if the ear which nullifies the noise cancelation feature. Forget about doing simple tasks with these buds in your ear because they fall out and roll to places unknown, leaving you spend your time searching for the wayward bud instead of listening through it. Frustrating.

omg just buy these they are so awesome. the battery life is good but for the sound i do not want to take them off. i might buy another set just so i can listen all the time. omg they are the best earbuds i have ever had. i love these through my phone but on my computer the microsoft sound is just not loud enough. the phone is fantastic. my husband is supper picky about his music sound and he told me to buy him these buds.

I previously used a different brand of buds than Samsung and always had intermittent connection problems. Once I switched to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, my earbuds connect every single time to my phone and the sound quality is fantastic. No one complains that they cannot hear me clearly, and everyone says I sound like I'm right next to them talking. I am very, very pleased with these earbuds and with pairing them to my Samsung s23 Pro. I use my buds to connect to my the audio on my receiver to watch TV while my husband sleeps. I use them to connect to the live view on my security cameras that enables me to communicate with anyone who trips my security. I use my Samsung Buds2 Pro to connect with Alexia and my car. I connect them to every Bluetooth capable device including my Samsung watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to pick up on highs and lows, great features, clean app user interface, battery lasts for hours, and the noise canceling and ambiance settings are amazing. A great buy to accompany many samsung products.

I've wasted his off my life trying to get these to connect in the wearable app and it's been the worst experience with any pair of headphones I've ever had in my life. Without wearable connectivity, I cannot use any features other than bluetooth. The buttons are too sensitive as well and if you touch your ear or adjust them the music stops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feature of the buds are kool. But they are heavy and the kidney design doesn't support the weight in the ear. They often fall out. Changing the rubber tips are not that much help based on the short stock of the piece that inserts into the ear.
