I have sinus issues which sometimes causes issues with my ears, especially when listening to music, TV, or anything digital. I don't have those issues with these ear buds. I also have small ears that usually cause issues with other ear buds falling out and resulting in me having to hold them in my ears. I don't have those issues with these. These also don't cause me ear pain, like some others do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first pair of wireless earbuds. I'm someone who usually prefers wired due to the sound quality, but these exceeded my expectations -- mostly. The sound quality is the main thing I was worried about. There is definitely some inherent Bluetooth compression. But it is not nearly as noticeable as I thought it'd be. Good highs, solid mids, and deep lows. The features are neat as well. I don't care much for the 360 audio, just because it changes the sound of music I listen to, but the noise canceling is amazing. I was sitting in my apartment with them on listening to a video while mixing something else on my speakers. I didn't know I had the noise cancellation on, and was wondering why my song was so quiet on the speakers. I took them out and about jumped back at how much louder the speakers were when I took out the buds. The case, look and feel of these earbuds are amazing. I love how portable and easy to use they are. I take them with me almost everywhere because it's not a problem to clip them on my keychain. The con I'll mention is that the microphone is - frankly - not good. I was disappointed being subpar because I work in I.T. in a small office and needed my hands free. Every time I try to use them to take calls, the person on the other line asks me to repeat what I said, or tells me I sound "fuzzy", they can't hear me, etc. All despite the fact I'm on a Samsung S20 FE.

If you lose thing often, DO NOT BUY THESE. I currently have a set of these earbuds that are safely stored in their case in my house. Where? In the house. Samsung has made it so that they are pretty much impossible to find when using the locator app WHEN THEY ARE IN THE CASE. I just wish they were like another pair of earbuds from a competitor, that are significantly cheaper, that can actually be found when they are stored in their case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried so many buds. Jabras, sonys, airpods, you name it! These fit my ears the best, even better than the initial galaxy buds pro. They do bot make my ears sore over time and they do not fall. The best part is the sound. They're punchy, dynamic, but not fatiguing. Great features, nice app. I have a hard time going back to anything else.

These are bi far the most comfortable the most clear and the best fitting buds. I have ever had our own. They have great base great travel. You can put in both in at work and still here the person next to you while. Listening to your music they are amazing 5 out 5. Or 10 out of 10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a while before I figured out that I needed to use the bigger tips that came in the box so that the concealment is good. After that, it was a at least a 10-20% better noise cancelling performance than my gen 1 airpods pro; but sound quality is at least 30% better - bass is better, sound feels more substantial. The charge lasts longer too. Only issue is the funky touch control. There is quite often accidental touch when taking off my shirt for example. I have had this for 3 months, and I still find it not that convenient. But overall great product.
