[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love noise-cancelling earbuds for working around the house and for helping me focus at work. The buds2 pro have been amazing in terms of audio quality, battery life, and overall user-experience. I found myself programming the single, double & triple tap options to fit my workflow, and now I can't go back. Now the cons are the buds are trackable if you lose them, but the case itself is not. If the case is empty & lost, there's not a way that I've found to see where I may have left it. It's more of an issue for someone like myself who is squirrely & forgetful on a good day, but I still love my buds. Another minor issue I have is with the sensitivity of the touch on the earbuds themselves. Sometimes I need to adjust the earbud in my ear if I've been moving around a lot, and that touch is enough to pause my music. I'm also guilty of taking one out temporarily and putting it somewhere other than the case, but the earbud seems to remain active & receptive to touch. So once I put it back in or move it around in my hand, I may have some music/audiobook interruptions. Overall though I would highly recommend these to anyone who values good audio quality, npise-cancellation, and a feature-rich experience. I have a Galaxy A54 and I use my buds on everything from my phone to my work laptop to my gaming PC with a bluetooth adapter without issue.

Initially, I had some issues with the noise cancellation doing some weird stuff but that has been remedied with updates. The sound itself is great, the 360 degree sound is an awesome feature. The sound quality on calls is a bit tinny from what I can tell but it does a great job at cancelling ambient noises around me so the caller can hear me clearly. These could use some better tips to fit in the ear but they stay put okay. My biggest issue right now is the case. It worked great for the first couple of months but the battery life, after only a little over 4 months, has dropped off significantly. Additionally, the wireless charging has stopped working altogether. I've tried submitting a claim but keep getting an error when I get to the final page to submit and it says to call customer support. I may update this with a higher rating if I can get this resolved but it shouldn't have these issues in such a short period of time. None of the previous models had this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried so many buds. Jabras, sonys, airpods, you name it! These fit my ears the best, even better than the initial galaxy buds pro. They do bot make my ears sore over time and they do not fall. The best part is the sound. They're punchy, dynamic, but not fatiguing. Great features, nice app. I have a hard time going back to anything else.

The sound quality is insane, and I haven't had them fall out ever. Not to mention the battery life keeps me going through my busy days. I highly reccomend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earphones are pretty great, the battery on these last a few hours ( I use them at work everyday) they also do a great job at blocking out sound. I ended up buying the purple pair (bora purple) and they are so beautiful. I wish they had them in more colors but that's just preference on my end. They do have wireless charging which is a huge plus and they seem to charge pretty quickly. The sound quality is pretty good as well , it plays sound nicely I never have an issue with it. My only gripe with these buds is the touch sensitivity, sometimes the buds fall out of my ear or become loose and to adjust them I push them in a bit and that in turns pauses my music all the time, it's pretty annoying in that sense I prefer my air pods because I never had that issue. Also I guess I'll say as well that I haven't noticed a skip function on the buds like the air pods maybe it's something I haven't figured out yet on these buds. Overall these buds are pretty solid and good quality. I do recommend them if you were like me and switched from Apple to Samsung.

The sound is great, the quality of the product is very good but the battery sucks, I got them and worked good for a couple of months then the battery drown so quick, the buds battery last les then 3 hours and are not constantly on, then the case last a day only, basically I have to recharged it almost every day, although I like them because they're comfortable and the sound quality is awesome that's why I'm giving 3 stars rate but I'm seriously thinking to change to another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality and sound cancelling are fantastic. The buds work great with both my S23 Ultra and Watch 5 Pro. However, despite trying all of the tip sizes, they never feel truly secure in my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the whole ecosystem tablet, laptop, earbuds, and phone. When I'm listening to music on my phone and need to listen to some audio on my tablet or laptop the connection switches immediately. The only problem I have is that it switches too well, when I want to watch something on my phone but keep listening on another device the buds would keep switching between the phones so much to the point I turn off Bluetooth on my phone.

Answering phone calls is a challenge as well as turning the volume up and down. If you can/have improved on these issues then the new earbuds will get a five star rating from me.
