Whether your listening to heavy metal, rap, cpuntry, or even a podcast. The sounds quality is unrivaled. Having the bud in keeps my from missing important work calls that i wouldnt have heard ringing in my pocket do to noise pollution on the job. Id buy them again. In fact i will when my current set needs replaced

The customization is good and I like the features it has that allow me to control my listening experience. It's good for watching videos and movies aswell. Overall these earbuds are very good and I would recommend these to other people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my galaxy buds pro 2 for literally everything. It may not be the best for pc gaming but it sure does work. Where it really stands out for me is the ANC and the amount of peace it gives me during my workouts at the gym, I don't like the amount of noise in your everyday gym but with these babies in my ears I don't have to worry about that in the slightest bit. Not to mention I'm suprised that they don't fall out as often as I'd expect them to when doing high intensity training (running, hiit, etc) at some point they do but it's understandable when I'm drenched in sweat. Then there's the audio quality for my music, honestly there isn't that many presets but the bass preset is enough for me and that's surprising for me to say considering how much of an audiophile I am, I love to just pop them on during a train ride, the anc plus the music= 0 noise and all the peace I want and need in the world. I do however wish that the buds had some more user friendly features like being able to set the audio to your own preferences instead of just presets but that minor want isn't enough for me to go under 5 stars because these buds have saved me too many times to count. I'm already planning on buying the next generation of buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my buds. Sound quality is fantastic. Love the fact I can rotate between ambient, standard and noise canceling modes. The touch controls are very convenient. Connects to my phone right away and I have never had an issue with them disconnecting randomly. For me, they only have 2 issues. One is the plastic is too smooth, I drop the buds from them slipping out of my fingers every other week. I never dropped my old original galaxy buds at all. The second is sometimes podcasts keep playing even after I take them out of my ears and use the tap once function to pause. Other than that they are a great product

I have to say my old pair are more comfortable the way they sit in my ears and these seem to fall out easier than my old ones (galaxy buds +).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Galaxy buds2 Pro all day! Either for work, school or just simple phone conversations they are in my ear!! Clear sound and all day battery is everything I need to get through my day.

There's more cons than pros when it comes to these pros2. First and foremost they fall out of my ear so often, whether it's exercising or relaxing in bed, I'm lucky enough to notice them popping out and not lose them. I've tried cleaning them and my ear, obviously, and even changing the ear tips to the biggest available and still pops out. Second the magnets aren't strong enough to make sure the buds make good contact with the case to get charged. Third I still wish the case itself was trackable if the buds are in, so if you lose it you aren't SOL. Finally noise canceling sucks doesn't work too well. All that being said I do like the voice detect feature and the size of the case. If you have the galaxy buds plus hold on to them! Those are literally the best buds that samsung has made in my opinion and I miss them. Love the small pill shape case, glossy finish, the winged ear piece especially! Never had a problem with falling out and noise canceling actually worked! Please samsung at least use winged ear pieces

They don't do so good with activity running working out etc do to They won't stay in your ear regardless of the type of insert you try. Love the sound quality, the ability to Change songs , turn up volume, receive or end a call by touch. And it having the ability to track your buds if you loose them or forget where they are. All in all it's a good item and I enjoy them onba regular basis.

However, I find that they fall off easily if I'm doing a workout and I have tried the different earpieces that they come with, they just don't sit well In my ears. Although They are not made to lay down with, I wish they were more comfortable to do so with. They hurt me if I do decide to lay on my side on the bed. But I'm guessing many others will do the same. The sound quality is good, but I hope that they can improve the quality a little more and also get more bass in their future models. Unfortunately for call quality, my husband complains that he hears everything in the background, So they definitely need improvement and noise cancellation for the other side listening to you speak. The quality is great when I'm wearing them, but not so for the other person. Hopefully, they work on this in future models. Otherwise, great headphones.
